anyone with post-pregnancy/breastfeeding breasts?
anyone with post pregnancy/breastfeeding breasts who had a good result after a BA.
I absolutely loathe my breasts now. I just cant imagine them ever looking good, it would be so amazing, but my surgeon was confident and said I didnt need an uplift, which I was SURE I was going to.
I vary between feeling like I cant wait, and im finally going to have normal looking boobs, and thinking, somethings bound to go wrong. Im going to get double bubble, or this or that , im going to look ridiculous etc etc

Re: anyone with post-pregnancy/breastfeeding breasts?
I had horrid post feeding breasts but im only a few days post op so afraid i cant help yet!
I have however seen amazing results from people with saggy post feeding breasts and definatley think they can help. Have you found a surgeon yet? I looked at 3 and did find one that didnt restore faith in me at all that he could make them look good which is obviously what you need!

Re: anyone with post-pregnancy/breastfeeding breasts?
I have booked my surgery already, although its not till July. I think maybe ive given myself too much time to get into a flap about it lol, but have to wait for the school holidays otherwise im not going to get a chance to recover, what with the school and nursery runs.
My surgeon seemed confident that I didnt need an uplift, and he made me feel very confident at the time. I left on a real high! Its just afterwards im wondering if it really will be all ok, and will they really look good. Most peoples pics you see seem to be people who had small but perfectly shaped breasts to begin with - just made larger. Its not so easy to find pics of people who started off with drooping, unless theyve had an uplift too.

Re: anyone with post-pregnancy/breastfeeding breasts?
hiya abbie, i will let you know when i have had mine in may. my boobs were originally 32b but i had my first son at 21 and breast fed him my boobs shrank alot and since my 2nd and 3rd sons and lots more breastfeeding I have been told by mothercare i think it was that i have the shell of a b cup but with no stuffing my boobs have always gone to a d/ dd when pregnant so the skin has stretched alot. now they are like deflated balloons with breastfeeding nipples (nice description ay. lol) I feel like surgery is not a want but a need my partner hasn't even seen me there since my 3rd son was born. so at least 3yrs. Anyway i am really hoping they work a miracle on mine so as i said i will let you know in May!

Re: anyone with post-pregnancy/breastfeeding breasts?
im similar.
I went from an A cup to an E cup in my first pregnancy, and then down to a B cup, but with stretched empty skin. I went even bigger in my other two pregnancies, but I think the damage had already been done in the first one.
I dont want to go THAT big with my BA, so im hoping it still fills out the skin

Re: anyone with post-pregnancy/breastfeeding breasts?
Abbie, My Year
As you will see from my ticker I am only 3 days post op, but...
I had small boobs and breast fed intensely for ten months when I was in my early twenties. That experience, and twelve years since of weight loss/gain and ageing on top of it had left my boobs in a bit of a sorry place lol... (I'm 36 now btw). A low, flat at the top 34 A.
I didnt know if I would need an uplift or not as my nipples were defnitely low on my breast, but not so low they pointed down. He said I had mild ptosis (sagging). He also said I had assymetry, which i agreed with... one boob had become lower and a slightly different shape to the other. but again, he described this as 'mild' also.
His soluiton was to put in a good sized round implant over the muscle. He said as my assymetry was slight it would make it barely noticeable, and that the impant would also be enough to lift the mild ptosis and create good fullness in my breast.
I am following PS's orders and not removing the bra they fitted me into in the hospital (they like to keep you in a surgical bra that they provide) so i haven't yet had a proper look. However, what i can feel is that my nipples are definitely higher and I have fullness both above and under them which is what i wanted. I won't know how the assymetry looks until they settle a bit further down the line.
Next Thursday I have my 1 week check and will be changing into my own bra and be able to have a proper look and take some photographs. I have some 'before' ones ready and will put them online so you can have a look.

Re: anyone with post-pregnancy/breastfeeding breasts?
I breast fed twice and was left with just skin, largish stretched areolas and not much else! Ive always had 'a' cup sized breasts and they became massive during babies and feeding ridiclously so therefore the end result was not pretty.
I had 260cc round 'overs' last year which has filled and lifted the pseudoptosis I had and corrected the 1cm difference in nipple height 'hurrah!'
They are not perfect, far from it, but they are greatly improved from what I had and now look what I percieve as 'normal' .
I think as long as you are well prepared and have grounded expectations you will be pleased with your result.
Good luck girls xx

Re: anyone with post-pregnancy/breastfeeding breasts?
Hello, im in the same boat!
pre-pregnancy I had a nice full pair of D/DD's
during my two pregnancys they ballooned to Jordan Proportions
and now, 2years after babies they are empty B's
So this July I hope to go to a D, only seen one surgeon so far and he was as much use as an ashtray on a motorbike,- useless!!
Got an appointment next wed tho so I should have more of an idea of what I can achieve!!

Re: anyone with post-pregnancy/breastfeeding breasts?
And me too, July club and post breastfeeding boobs. Was a c cup and now 4 kids and almost 4 years of breastfeeding later I have droopy, empty B cups but need a D cup bra due to my breast base width. I went up to a G cup with my first when my milk came in but settled to a DD/E.
July does seem SOOOOO far away! Yet I just noticed my ticker has four less days on it than it had when I made it and it only seems like yesterday when I made it!!
I am going to see James McD on Weds for my second (and last) consultation before I have the op and will ask about his opinion on dual plane ( wihch I think you are having abbie as you replied to another of my posts) as all the surgeon I have seen have recommended overs for me but since my last consult I think I have lost a fair bit of the upper pole fullness that I had and am worried about rippling and implant visibility in overs. I am soooo excited for Weds, the weekeknd has flown by so roll on Weds!!
Who are you seeing next week Mia? And I hope it goes a darn sight better than your 1st consult, it sure can't be any worse!!

MYA seem to very nice on the phone tho! he better be nice cos im traveling 60 miles to see him (altho I get a good excuse for shopping trip-ha!)
Its nice to be able to talk to others in the same posistion, its a shame pregnancy wrecks our boobs! but makes it all the more a good reason to go for the op. I will be chuffed when I can fill a bra again- its been a while!!
I look forward to hearing how your consult went, i'll let you know about mine!! eek!
Hurry up July!! mine may end up being on my birthday aswell! god!

Hi abbie
I had full unders, anatomical implants moderate profile 250cc. I had carried and breast fed three children, one for a year, two for 10 months, and subsequentely lived with the sad leftovers for 20years before I took the plunge to the new me. Soo soo wish I had done it way back in time, but I did'ent and am just very happy and gratefull to have been able to improve and return my body to me again.
I am smiling now...love the feeling of completeness they give to me!! xx
