I Have a Q! Empty I Have a Q!

Post by Crystal 5th April 2010, 2:22 pm

Hi girls just a quick Q if you dont mind!

How many girls boobs look bottom heavy after having a BA?

Has anyone else gotmore implant at the bottom off there boob & hardly any above the nipple?

The reason im asking is because me & another girl on here have boobs that look very bottom heavy & I was told by my PS this was normal but i have yet to see anyone elses look this way! so to gage if this is 'normal' I though id ask all the other girls how there implant 'sit'

E.G:

Bottom heavy with most implant sitting below the nipple

Or

Top heavy with most the implant sitting above the nipple

or

Middle- even amount of implant above and below the nipple

This is with out a bra on LOL!

Thanks Crystal

My implants sit roughly in the middle, They have an even looking amount above and below nipple. Could you try seeinging another surgeon at a different company (just a free consult) or maybe ask James McDiarmid if he would mind taking a peek for you, he'd prob ask you to email him? You would deffo find out if you had bottomed out or anything then.

My breasts are pretty even too hunny.

I think misf1s suggesting of contacting James McDiarmid for an opinion is a good one babe. - Maybe you could request that you Email him your pics so he could take a look and give you his expert opinion. xxx

There is a tiny bit more implant at the bottom of mine because i didn't want a lot of upper pole fullness but they are more or less centred. If it is bothering you I would get a second opinion. You could have bottomed out if there is hardly any implant above the nipple.

I just wanted to see if any girls were like me as my ps said it was normal so if it turns out im the only one then i guess i would have proved him wrong.

James has offered to look at my pics but my camera is broken so i cant load up any pics! & i cant get hold of one.

James has told me that the short neck to nipple measurement should have been taken into account when making the pocket & it seems that it may not have been by my disription but he cant say with out any pics.

i just want to konw really if there are girls like me???

Im going to ring my company anbyway on tuesday & tell them im not happy & want a free second opinion but im just worried they will charge & also like my hubby said as they work for the same company they second surgon will hardly say 'Oh yes he has done it wrong!'

That won't happen hunni, surgeons in general are honest and if they can help, they will.

I too am with Transform and sweetheart, the fight I know you'll have is getting the second opinion, but you really need to stand your ground, I'm thinking you'll probably have to put your complaint in writing and forward it to the hospital manager, it's going to be stressful, but don't give in!

I had a dreadful consultation and had I allowed Transform to as I felt 'bully' me into sticking with that surgeon, lord knows what I've have ended up looking like now based on his opinion, I pushed hard for a second consultation and got it. The surgeon gave me a thorough examiniation which was of an entirely different opinion to the first and it was that I acted on and pushed forward with.

Stay strong Crystal, I really hope you don't have the problems I had, but if you do, I think you're best prepared for it. Good luck hunni. xxx

My friend who has had implants for a few years now has the same issue with being more full at the bottom so she had a consult with my PS cuz she wants new larger implants and he told her that they are like that cuz she went over the muscle and gravity set in and her skin stretched, so this time around she's going submuscular.

mine are pretty much even- I look fuller at the bottom but that is what I wanted as I think it looks a little more natural in a normal bra. If you wear a push up bra does the implant fill the top?

HI ya Jade,
If i wear a bra then it pushs the implant back upto to fill the top half of my boob but as soon as i take my implant just drop back down my chest into the botton half of my boob! it not sagging & stretched skin as i dont have a over hang you can sitck a pencil under they littrally slide down & up my chest wall.

Lea I looked at your pics Hun & you look like most your implant sits above your nipple & you dont look at all bottom heavy to me! Your nipples dont point upwards either & yout nipples sit lower then mine do............they look perfect! Mine are like if you tip your picture upside down then look at them LOL I just wish I had a picture to show you.

Thanks girls Im going to give transform a call.............see how i get on

Mine are more bottom heavy but they look natural which is what I wanted at the time. Sometimes now though I wish the implant was a bit higher up so I had a bit more fullness at the top. xx

O! What a good question, I guess if ssomeone wanted more lower pole fullness instead of a anatomical implant they could have the implant positioned lower? Good theory to pick JM brains on.

Good luck with Transform hun x
