Hello

Im due to have my op next week and starting to fret about the overall outcome. My surgeon (Dr khan) didnt really ask me what look i wanted just told me the size implant i can have 260cc-300cc unders. Im now starting to worry about what they will actually look like (i want a natural as possible look and not a huge gap that makes them look unnatural)?!

Anyway do you think that the smaller size implant will look more natural as i have quite a narrow frame (currently 32aa)? Or would a bigger implant fill the gap a bit more?! if only there was a way to see how the acually turn out beforehand!

I hope this makes sense, i know im rambling again!! xx

Well a large gap isnt something that a surgeon does on purpose, well hopefully not. His goal should be to get u as natural looking as possible. Maybe u should have another visit with him to go over the specific look u want and the implant size that he thinks will fit u best. Me and my PS had last minute talks on the surgery table.....Lol

A larger implant will give a smaller gap, but.... it also depends on your natural body shape too.

I have a narrow frame and first time round went for the larger implant, I wasn't 'unhappy' with the size, but since reducing I find the smaller to be a more natural look and I much prefer that, I also much prefer the larger gap too.

We're all different though hun and if you're still undecided you should discuss your concerns with your surgeon. He'll visit you before your op in the hospital so you'll have an opportunity to go through this with him before the op. xxx

Just so you don't worry, your boobs will look like they're far apart straigh after the op until about three months PO. This really won't be anything to worry about at all.
