Can anyone recommend a good site for having a look at different pics?

I am interested in seeing pics of all types of BA surgery, over and under the muscle and also round and anatomical implants. I just want to get a good idea of what I would like for myself. xx

The only down fall is you cant search in it for like 32aa implant size 310cc..... thats what im having and so curious to see what i will look like :).
But thats it otherwise its great :) fussy me lol XX

i asked to see some pics of my surgeons patients of BAs that he has sucessfully done in the past
this gives you a rough idea of their work and your outcome
defo put my mind at ease :) x

Thanks a lot for that, it will certainly keep me busy for the time being. I can't believe how some pics can vary so much, there are so many different types of BA that can be done! x

Weird... sometimes, looking at the pics in those links, I think "WHY would THEY have surgery?? There's nothing wrong with them and they look great!" and yet other times I would look and the "before" pic actually made me feel a bit better about myself! And it's so great to see the after pics and what can be achieved - again, it's a good confidence booster and it's nice to see. The more before n after pics, the better!

yeah me too! some of those before and afters were truly amazing. One girl that had literally nothing there - just a nipple - ended up with a huge pair and I thought they looked great! They did look fake imo but still, what a transformation! She must have been pleased :)

I just wish there was a UK site like them, cos most of the US ba's are saline and under the muscle, whereas I want to see silicone overs really xx

Yeah I'd like a fully UK one too - so that when I see lots of brilliant results from one surgeon, I don't feel disappointed that I can't use him too! Like the first one I saw, amazing results - but the surgeon's all the way in Texas and there's no chance I could get there sad smile

This is something I am looking for as well. It's annoying that some pics don't say whether they are over or unders as I want to take some pics to consultations to show the result I am looking for. I didn't think saline implants were used much these days, but maybe things are different in the US. x

yeah was just going to post most of U.S sites are saline unders if you ask your surgeon for before and after pic thats your best bet xxxx

That was my problem. I did find loads photos but it there never seemed
to be all the info I needed. They would say the size before and after but not the surgeon or the size implants etc. They should have photos with correct info in the clinic you've chosen, they might even email you ask nicely. X
