What to wear at consultation?
It might seem like a silly question but what do you have to wear to a consultation? Is it ok to wear a padded bra or does that make it hard to try different sized implants on? Or do they give you a special bra that the implants fit?

Re: What to wear at consultation?
It's not a silly Q at all hun and one that I too asked when I had my consultations.I was given a sports bra in which to try the implants with.I wore a beige tight fitting top, as a neutral colour allows you to see how the implants look nicely.Wearing a black top makes you look smaller and a white top makes you look bigger. I'm sure someone on here gave me that advice, it's in a post somewhere.
Sometimes they like to give you a top to wear, MYA did at one of my consultations but I preferred to wear mine.Incidently they were very similar anyway.
I wore an unpadded bra to my consultations, but I don't think it matters as your given a sports bra and when your examined you take your bra off.
Good luck with your consultations! x x

Re: What to wear at consultation?
They do usually give you a sports bra to try the implants on with, unfortunately at one of mine they didn't have one to fit me so had to use my own bra which was only a slightly padded t shirt bra and it gave me an idea of the look.

I was told to bring a sports bra with no padding.

Its best to go with an unpadded bra incase they don't have one available, because if you try implants in with a padded bra it will give you an unrealistic result. Also take a vest top with you so you get a good idea what they look like in close fittting clothes and also anything else you want to try them with.(not your whole wardrobe though LOL!)Good luck x
