Two days since BA and I..............
have managed to wash my hair! Did it with my head over the bath but even so managed it. I have also blow dryed it and managed to get my jeans on, socks on and a t-shirt over my head!!
I feel loads better today and more like my normal self. Luckily I have my OH who will make sure I am resting enough though!!

Re: Two days since BA and I..............
I was too ill to do anything for about 10 days and couldn't manage washing my hair for a good 2 weeks so your doing very well!
Just remember to take it easy and not to push yourself, if it strains or hurts in any way stop.I'm sure your OH like you say will make sure you get plenty of rest.
Happy healing hun!

Will take it easy and not go mad! Just good to be feeling normal so soon. My boobies are still hard and feel better when I walk around holding them! How long before 'they' feel normal?

Re: Two days since BA and I..............
I had a quick recovery after my 1st BA too Tilly  Be sure not to overdo things though and although you might feel good, it's wise to still follow the advice you've been given and rest sweetness, take full advantage of this rest period, as once it's over, it's back to your everyday chores as usual..... Booooooooooo!
I can't really remember now for my 1st BA, this time however, I think I had that bolted on feeling for about 2 weeks, but took a good while longer before they felt like 'mine'. xxx

Re: Two days since BA and I..............
Thanks for the good advice Cookie. I remember recovering really quickly from my two c-sections yet know it is important to rest! I have two different babies to look after this time. lol;-)

Re: Two days since BA and I..............
Glad you are feeling good and managed to wash your hair. Take care and have naps when u feel tired
Re: Two days since BA and I..............
I was like that. By day two or three I was able to get in and out of the bath myself, get dressed, straighten my hair and go out and about.
I still got my sister to wash my hair for me over the bath but only because I was taped and bandaged up and had to keep them dry for 10 days and didn't want to risk soaking myself!
Glad to hear you are healing well. Remember not to do too much though as I felt great but I would get twinges warning me to slow down when I got carried too away!
