Re: Does anyone know??
I slept about 2 hrs o disturbed sleep the night before my op, i think mist people don't sleep very well but I would advise not to take anything.
Enjoy a hot bath (you wont be able to have one for a while), a cup of hot chocolate and read a book (not about surgery) to help take your mind off things and relax, you may find you sleep ok but if you dont it's not the end of the world you will get plenty of sleep over the next ew days!
Good luck hun, you will be fine!

I wouldn't advise it, no!
Like Hattie said, have a hot bath and a glass of hot milk and honey. It'll make you sleepy and you'll be asleep in no time.
