weird question

Probably me being paranoid, but is it possible for my gap between my boobies to be getting smaller without systemnia ? or whatever its called?

it seems to be getting closer but i do try wear a bra all the time, my sports bras i wear to bed are a size smaller, but obv are keeping them nice and in place.

when i sleep without a bra, my boobs seem to slightly hang to the side and im worried they ll sag. but i obv feel if i go bra less sometimes it will help them not b squashed so much.

do you guys think im just being Screwy

Hey hunni! Sounds normal to me - I also had unders and noticed the gap between them getting smaller - I can fit one finger inbetween them now - at first the muscle is tight and holding them apart so it's just your muscles relaxing. And its normal for them to fall to the side when you lay down too sweetie. Well done for keeping up the sports bra though! xx
