Is it different if you have NOTHING pre BA?
Hello
I'm on a roll with questions this morning!
I have less than a A cup and am wondering if its more 'uncomfortable' to have implants, ie surely your skin has to stretch more compare to if you have some boobs previously?
Also, can they still look natural on a previously iron board chest? I really can't imagine myself with a pair of knockers!!! I've always been flat!

If you really have nothing I mean no breast tissue at all they a surgeon may consider unders for you which would give you a more natural look. I had overs a my skin obviously streched to accommadate the implants and I would think unders are no different to this. x

Re: Is it different if you have NOTHING pre BA?
I'm a AA, so less than an A cup, and will be having unders to bring me to a full c cup. Even though I'm flat, my doctor has reassured me that the results will be natural because, 1) I'm having unders and 2) I'm not going for a size that's too big for me. Anything bigger than a full C and it would look fake just because I don't have the body to accommodate them. Whether or not they will look fake is completely different for everyone, because everyones stats are different. Have to also take BWD into account and choose an implant that is within your BWD to keep the natural look going. Now with regards to the stretching bit, I would assume that it wouldn't be any different than for girls with more breast tissue. A girl having 300cc implants on top of nothing will have the same amount of stretch and discomfort (theoretically) as a girl having 300cc implants over an ample amount of breast tissue because the same volume is being added to both girls. Hope that helps.

Hey lovely,
Fawn has explained it really well.
I think any girl just having a BA to go bigger will find it uncomfortable as the skin has to stretch. Someone who has sagging skin and is having implants to increase volume may find it less painful, but it's invasive surgery anyway, so some pain will be involved.

Hey hun,
I had literally nothing pre-BA - the tiniest amount of breast tissue EVER lol. Fawn is spot-on, you just have to be careful not to go too big which your surgeon should advise you about. I now measure a full C cup and people say they look just right, so you can definitely get a natural look.
If you're like I was, there will probably be a physical limit as to how big an implant you can have anyway (I mean lower than girls starting off with more breast tissue). So pain-wise, you shouldn't suffer more than anyone else having unders. I have to say, I was uncomfortable (not in actual pain) for a while, but I think that's pretty normal and it's definitely well worth it in the end xxx

hey hon, it all depends on you tissue. I should imagine if you are currently an a cup then the likliehood is that you will need unders as overs are really only for people that have plenty of tissue. This is only more painful than overs for a few days or so as far as im aware and dont think that it will put your healing back any. xxx

Macca, I have very similar stats to you, I barely fill an A cup, I have a very petite frame, weigh just under 7stone and I'm about 5ft 1ish. I agree with everyone here.
The PS will advise you on what is best for your frame for the look you want.

Hi hun, I had 32A boobs before my surgery and didn't really have any pain, it's amazing how much your skin can stretch, it renews itself very quickly and although you can get a tight feeling or some even get a sunburned feeling when their skin is stretching it really isn't that bad. Lot's of moisturiser and a good diet helps the skin renew itself.
