God I am next.....5 more sleeps, havent been on here much as it drives me barmy
Trying to pretend it isnt happening other wise I cant concentrate on anything, work is really busy and I cant be bothered to do anything, I am so far off my targets its not even funny, but hey ho this time next week I will have
I bet when I get back to work with the boobs my boss wont be too worried about targets!!!!!!!

Hiya,
Im feeling ok at the moment, been and brought new knickers and PJ's today, reeady to pack in my bag. I am really excited actually, I dream about it think about it and unfortunately talk about it constantly. Must be driving everybody nuts.
I am having 420 & 390 overs. Apparantly that will take me to a D cup, although it seems big to me. However the longer I wait for my boobs the bigger I want them anyway!!!!!

It is so exciting buying your bits and bobs...scary too tho. Don't worry the people in my house were rolling their eyes at me about my one track mind b4 the op too!
I had 390cc overs too, will hopefully take my 1 week post op pics tomoro and post them up.

That would be great to see your pics...what size bra are you wearing at the moment, I am at the minute a 34a/b and llike I said hoping to be 34D x

Was the same as you...A cup before, empty after feeding/ageing/weightloss, and am still in a surgical bra which has no cup size, so no idea what they will be, but they look a good C/D to me. They are full and not empty, that's what i am happy about, not bothered what the bra label will say!!!

Wow Zoe, can't believe you've gone so many days without seeing your new babies!
I managed to have a sneaky peek of mine because my bra was so tight I had to change it. I think I'm probably about a C/D too but will be glad to get a proper look on Tuesday when the bandages are totally off!
Hope you're really pleased!

Hey still no better
getting annoyed now cant remeber if i told u but i called HMG and my nurse is making some emails to other surgeons to see me but wont be till weekend and it will be in Harley street :( def dont want to make it easy hey :(.
Anyway going to my doctor today.... hopefully they can give me something so it will go or ease the pain so i can use my arm propperly.

Ooo you seeing your boobies Zoe....have you had your bra off at all yet ??? Very strange feeling....I still don't do it a lot as I don't like it !!!
I'm still currently in my 34D sports bra ....however I'm not sure they are a good indicator, as it's just what you feel comfortable in in these early days xx

Blimey....just saw your post Emma - are you still feeling that bad hunny ??? I am so sorry.....and I think it's disgusting that you are not being seen sooner by HMG. I think you are doing the right thing seeing your GP.....maybe they could get involved and push things forward ??? I don't know - just really hope you start to feel better really soon xxx

I just think as well that we all pay such enormous amounts to have this done, that it's the very least to expect that we are comfortable and not worried post op. Let us know what your doc says sweetie xx
I haven't been brave enough to lift my arms up above my head yet, although I have been told I can now wear t-shirts etc. I need to sort it out though as I'm back to work next week and i don't think they'd be impressed if I turn up in my trackie xx

Thats soo true, i mean i knew id be in a bit of pain but my right side is ok just tender, whereas my left side is painful, and you right we expect to be a little uncomfortable.

Lynnie - Yes i know I have been very self controlled about not taking this bra off. It is not comfy now as my swelling round my band has gone down so the band is gaping a bit... anyway, because of this I hoisted it up this a.m. and gave myself a quick flash lol
...thought had best be prepared in case i got all emotional later infront of the nurse ha ha....
Your ticker makes me laugh .... eleven months to go lol xx

Cally... going to work is scary thought isn't it. I am on Monday, a class of 30 kids and acting as if nothing happened. Going to be very weird!!!! I am going clothes shopping as I need some disguise boob style cardies!!

HMG called me today and they have spoke to my surgeon and hes said that this thing happens often and its just a irritated nerve and to keep taking my meds untill monday when i go for my 1 week postop check and stitiches out and then visit him the following tuesday..... i told he (almost in tears) how do u expect me to carry on like this and what else she could recommend i do for the pain...she said go to my pharmacy and get some stuff..... not happy with the after care so far

Ive called my doctor and got appointment later..... looking like the NHS is better thanprivate hey lol.

Hmmm, certainly not looking like a very helpful attitude from HMG, the phrase "just" an irritated nerve is dreadful... nerves are nerves so obviously a nerve that is trapped or irritated is going to be VERY painful. I've had one in my back before and I know that was agony... Bless you.
I suppose at least the GP should be able to prescribe you some stronger pain relief than is available over the counter and advise which painkillers you can take together for maximum effect.
I hope your GP helps. Grrrrr to HMG .....

Emma im really sorry to hear you are having such a hard time. If I were you i'd just pester and pester them until they have to do something. At the end of the day you paid for their service and deserve the best!
Good luck at your appt zoe, hope it all goes well and i cant wait to see these boobies lol!
I worked a 4hr shift last night and its safe to say i did absolutley no work lol! Stood around the whole time for 4hrs as the store was deserted but bloody hell my back was KILLING me lol! xxx
