Yes that's what I did. If you measure it in gms you will end up with too much, definitely works well with the tights! It's really helpful to hear about what size bras have been recommended as my PS didn't mention it. She said that she should be able to take me to a full C. I', normally a 32 back so does that mean I should have 34C and 34D bras? I've got a 34C Z bra so far but didn't want to buy any more until I'm sure about what sizes I need.
Cally, it looks like you are having a similar size implant to me. What are you pre-op stats? I was hoping for a D cup but my PS didn't think she could take me above a C because of my BWD. Do you know what your BWD is?

Hi Lynnie - I'm a rather humble 30A/32AA apparently. I stressed to the ps that I wanted to be no bigger than a small C, and that's when he suggested 260cc. However I'm now thinking that I may want to go to a larger, full C so he may decide on a bigger implant. Still messing with rice at the mo lol xx

Gettin nervous now ladies 1st of April doesnt seem that long away. my nurse didnt mention anything about going up a back sie at my preop so im currently a 34a/b and have bought 34d sports bras. Ive already spent a fortune on ebay! She also said that even though i may end up a dd that i should just get the d size coz they like you to be really supported and its therefore better if it's tight. xxx

Hi im ,booked in for 20th April with mr stratten with THG im on holiday for two weeks before that or i would have gone sooner. Im a 34a and hoping to be a 34d or dd im having them put under the muscle Been waiting for almost 25 years (im 38) and now its all happening im starting to get mixed feelings from being scared and worrying what other pple will say when they realize im bigger to complete excitement that i will look like a woman and be able to throw out my chicken fillets lol.

I know exactly how you feel... I'm 36 and been wanting this since i was about seventeen and it finally dawned on me they weren't gonna get any bigger!! And your phrase "I will look like a woman" is exactly how I feel, there are lots of times when i have felt I haven't quite made the grade cos of my boobs!!

Hi ladies, can I join in please. lol I'm booked for my BA with UPLIFT on the 20th April with Mr Alvi at BMI Lifestyle Hospital, Manchester.
I have my pre-op booked for the 13th April where we will discuss sizes. Apparently I can only go to a certain size because I'm having an uplift as well and going too big can compromise the healing process, so I'm told.
I'm currently a 34B hoping to achieve a D cup.
Good luck everyone - not long now until we all have a new pair of assets.
