I think you mean a ticker?

You can just google 'ticker' and lots of sites come up, I made mine at lilypie.com I think.

I got mine from ticker.com, and then followed the instructions like mrsm has said. Tickers are great for counting down, keep looking at mine! Countdown line 727935 x x
