One crease higher than the other
Hi girls,
I know everyone says its normal to have one boob drop quicker than the other but my actual crease on my righty is lower than the left crease and has been since BA. Its not a huuuuge difference but the leftie sits fine in my bra but the right crease gets irritated by the band.
Does the actual crease move lower when it drops or is it just the shape of the boobie? I much prefer the look on the right one so i am really hoping its just a case of waiting for the left one to drop!
Thanks
Hattie xx

Re: One crease higher than the other
I'm not really sure about the crease hun as I didn't have this, but I'm sure the girls will be along to advise you. Are your scars in the same places on your boobs? and are they still high or sitting in the crease?
Re: One crease higher than the other
I had areola incision, but my left nipple is sitting lower than the right, i have got some pics but iv lost the camera lead. They are not as wonky as they were on day one but i guess what i am asking is does the actual implant move down or does it just change shape i.e get fuller at the bottom than the top .. or both? sorry if it doesn't make sense without pics

Re: One crease higher than the other
I don't know whether this will help but when I had my operation my scars were on my boob. When they dropped the scars fell into the crease. x

Re: One crease higher than the other
I just noticed you had unders too, so I really am not experienced with them as I had overs. My boobs sat high then one fell a lot lower than the other and it took my right quite a few months to catch up. I'd give it a little longer but mention it to your ps next time you have a check up.

Re: One crease higher than the other
Hey hun,
I think it's good that they're already quite even so soon post op. Mine sound like yours atm and I'm six months! - so I'm sure that your lefty will drop some in time.
From my experience, as my lefty (also the higher boob) dropped, the implant did seem to move down slightly and the crease got a bit lower. I think that's what happened, as the scar started out much higher than the right one and over time they seem to have evened out.
Hope that makes sense and helps a bit xx

Re: One crease higher than the other
Thanks girls, after closer inspection this evening I have come to the conclusion that I am over-inspecting at this early stage and being impatient. I think its likely to be that the lefty needs to catch up as it is still a little firmer, still has more upper pole fullness and still sticking out at the side more than the righty which has behaved itself from day 1 and softened /dropped quite quickly. I am left handed so that also makes sense with unders as the muscle is probably stronger and holding on to the implant for dear life!

Re: One crease higher than the other
Hun firstly they look fab, 2ndly your surgeon is rough lol love you with all that brusing. 3rd I can see that one looks slightly bigger than the other, but they don't look very different, it looks like you still have some swelling to go down and the annoying strap you have to wear will even them out. They do look good hun. It's still early days, wait for all the swelling and brusing to go down and then check again see how they are doing.
Re: One crease higher than the other
Just wanted to add it looks like one has dropped a little quicker than the other and probably nothing to worry about
