how large of an implant would i need in saline to go from a natural 32E to a 32GG. :) x

Welcome to the forum Its hard to say what size implant, your ps should be able to tell you. What surgeon is giving you saline, if you dont mind me asking?

That was my first thought too jenny. Welcome to the site anyway! I think this would be a question for your ps as there are so many different factors to consider.

ah i see i think they prefer to use silicone in the uk as there it's a more natural feel and look and less chance of spontaneous rupture. I'm sure u can find a ps that will use saline but i dont know enough about them to advise you of anything sorry.

Like the other ladies said most women on this forum have silicone as they are safer. Your best of booking some consults if your considering surgery.
