Re: Lots of luck Alfie!
Thanks girls.
At the moment I feel surprisingly calm, I haven't even packed my bag yet.
I'll probably be running round like a headless chicken tonight.

I was like that, really calm, it was my hubby who was the nervous wreck LOL
Just had a thought hun, don't know if you thought of mints to take with you, but I wish I had remembered to take some. I was so out of it after the surgery and couldn't even get up to brush my teeth so would have loved a mint or something fresh to suck on, but didn't have any!
So if you remember, get some mints to take babe, you'll really appreciate them, after the surgery. x
Re: Lots of luck Alfie!
Don't worry Mia I know where my bag is, and all the stuff is ready to go in it.....but...I've just been reading another thread about what to take into hospital and apparently satin pj's are a no no. So it looks like a quick trip to peacocks in the morning to get a cotton pair. It's typical of me to be so last minute.
Cookie... I'll get some mints too.

Alfie if you are just overnight you wont need to!! Hospital gown is preferred by surgeon/nurses for them to check on your boobs and any drips/drains etc. you will be too busy sleeping/dozing to notice or care. xx

Thanks girls for all your good wishes.
I've just got back...feeling okay apart from the tightness. Boobs feel like they're gonna explode.
I've no doubt I'll have lots of post op questions for you.
