I had that issue too. I am 34A , had options of 300/330/360/380.....went for 360. I thought if i went for 330 & i ended up smaller i would kick myself for not having the 360 so i just went for it & said those. No way would i have 380....lol.

Its a hrd hard decision isn't it honey. Once i made my mind up i stopped thinking about the size & just thought about the surgery xx

.x. I'm dress size 6-8, 5ft 2 in height and had 32a/very very small not full b cup to start with but basically an A cup in majority of bras. I had 230cc under the muscle and I am now a 32C/D. most of my bras are 32C but recently i have fluffed slightly and a 32C still fits but it quite a bit tighter. I have started wearing more 32D and 30D in some makes. In la senza I am sometimes a 32DD as they tend to run small. It differs for everyone but i would think if you are already an A/B cup i.e. you are starting with something not nothing AND you have a small frame in general, 330ccs IMO should definiately give you a 32D cup if not larger. I think smaller girls get more of a size boost from even a smaller implant so if you are small framed 330 may give you quite a substantial boost. I basically went from an A cup to a C/D with 230s so that was 2-3size step up with a small implant. Like I said though, it's different for everyone and the best person to advise you is your surgeon as he/she will have a better idea of the outcome according to what you are starting with xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Hi hun, I had 410cc but I don't have a small frame being a size 10/12. I went from a 32A to 32F with 410 overs, I only look a DD in clothes. So although you may end up a D cup or even DD you will probably look a full C small D. Don't worry hun I am sure they will look great on you.

Hi. I am size 8/10 and was 34B pre ba. After having 275 unders, I am now 34D although I don't look it and would have liked to have gone bigger. My surgeon, however tried the bigger ccs in whilst I was in theatre and said they looked ridiculous!!
I would say that 330 will look great with your small frame.
Good luck hun xx

I am around an 8-10 on top and started off a 32b. I had 325cc partial unders and am now 32e, although as the others have said you don't tend to look as big as that. I probably look about a D, and they look big, but naturally big in comparison to my frame xxx

I'm a size 8-10 on the bottom but broader round the back and have 445cc overs. I'm very happy with them but they are quite big! I measure a 34FF/G as they are wide. I wouldn't change them now but had I realised they'd be that big I'd have probably gone for a slightly smaller implant. I think 380 sounds good hun xx

Hey hun, I am 5ft 6 and a size 8 and I was a 32B pre-op, I went for 380 overs and I am currently wearng a DD or E sports bra, but I would say I only look a D. I got measured recently in La Senza and I measured 32F but their bras seem to be quite small so I would say I am 32E now. That sounds massive from a B but they really dont looke that big and in all honesty I wish I would have pushed for the 410 implant but it wasnt an option for me.

Choosing a size is the hardest part, but I would probably say go for the biggest implant they offer you as you prob wont wish you had gone smaller after your op, you will prob wish you had went bigger once all the swelling goes down xxx
