I went to Liverpool One today shopping and I just couldnt help but go into La Senza and look at the pretty bras. Whilst I was there I got measured and I measured.......32F!!

Is it likely that this will change, the girl who measured me didnt seem to think so (she'd had hers done too)?? The 32E was sooooo tight I know I shouldnt have BUT........ 923101

I was measured at 4 weeks post op at la senza & was measured a 28-30 but managed to get away with there 32 band so they said that would make me a 32 FF. I couldnt help but buy 3 bras ( I no how silly!) tried them on & they fitted perfectly ....... a week later & they no longer fit! My boobs have shrunk a bit lol.....................So I guess they change size all the time! I know I shouldnt have BUT........ 751387

I am not really bothered on the actual size whether its E or F really, its the look of my boobs that I love, but my OH is really impatient and wants to buy me some lingerie for chrimbo so I wasnt sure whether it was likely to change much?

Oh well I will have to tell him to be patient and wait until at least my 6 week check (just before xmas) and then he can go shopping haha!!

Its a good job I didnt buy anything lol xx

I don't imagine they'll change all that much now really like you say maybe a cup size at most, but I'm sure you'll make do with e's if you have too I know I shouldnt have BUT........ 557141

Have to say, mine changed LOADS from my early post op days... I'd be inclined to wait for your nice lingerie babe, then have a nice shopping trip together so you and your OH can spoil the pups together!... The anticipation is also quite nice...... xx

I am the most impatient person in the world....cant wait to wear lovely bras instead of these horrid sports bras ha ha!!

DD- I hate my sports bras too- the straps show in everything and they are just gross!

I haven't been measued yet- was tempted the day I got my bandages off but I have promised myself that I wont get measured til I have lost the 5lbs I've put on since sitting on my **naughty word** doing nothing for a week! 2lbs of it is probably boob but I can see the other 3lb sitting on my belly!

Oh dear Jade I feel your pain hun!! I have sat on my bottom for 6 months being on maternity leave and I seriously need to get into shape!! I felt ashamed today with my little muffin top when I was measured!!

I did go to Lipsy though and fit perfect into a size 8 dress so I was chuffed!!

Cant wait until we can both go bra shopping though!! xx

Hi hun I can understand why you had them measured. When I went to Bravissimo at 4 weeks to get measured I was so relieved that the lady fitting me had done lots of girls that had BA's. She refused to try an underwired bra on me so early as she didn't want to irritate my scars. But they did fit me in some non wired bras. She also said she expected they may change more so not to go mad on bras yet.
I was fitted as a 32F and have stayed that size in the bravissimo bras. But at 12 days post op I was smaller than I was at 4 weeks. Mine didn't shrink they only got bigger.

Ohhh thats fab news hun! I was in a 36g sports bra for the first week or 2 due to swelling but my boobs only went down to a f/ff and now I mostly wear 32s 34 in la senza. I think you will pretty much stay the same though xx

Great news! I haven't been measured yet but I did order a bra from la senza in 32e and 32f and had to send them both back, have now ordered 34f and 32ff to try! xx

Eeek I am hoping now that i dont go any smaller if the majority of you ladies didnt!! Eeek never in a million years did I think I would measure an E or an F lol! There was me worrying about measuring a DD after my surgery...its true though, they dont look like an E or F...I I know I shouldnt have BUT........ 147655

F!!!! wow!!!! you must be so happy. It's good though that you are more excired about the way they look than how they measure because that's the most important thing! I would wait a little while longer before buying any lovely new bras as they will still probably change a bit and you don't want to find that things no longer fit after a few weeks xxxxxxxxx

Ha, ha, i'm going to be exactly the same, wanting to buy lots of new bras and not wanting to wait a second before i can. How exciting!!

I saw a post on here where a girl said hers finally stopped changing size at about 9 months to a year!
