Wooooahh! I'm back with FAB boobies!!

Hi Ladies

OMG today has been the 3rd best day of my life, after meeting my OH and having my little girl, my new additions have made me sooooo happy already!!

I had my op at 10am (I was first with my surgeon) and got let out at 5pm. I have had no pain (yet) and I am not uncomfortable at all - yet!!! They are very swollen, and even with my mahoosive nipples at the moment I have fallen in love with them. I wish I hadnt stressed about the size, the 380's are perfect for my frame. Currently wearing a 34DD sports bra but my nurse has told me to get an E one!!

Honestly those girls waiting, it is an amazing experience and I have enjoyed every second of today and I am soooo happy its unreal. Still cant quite believe they are mine!!!

I will write up my full story tomorrow, but just wanted to say thanks for your best wishes.

Also just wanted to ask wheter my nipples are permantly this size now or will they reduce?? They are literally the size of tea cups lol!!!

Fantastic!!! congratulations - oh you did make me smile about tea cup sized nipples! Mine are stretched to the max i think and are much bigger than I ever remember them . I would imagine this will change slowly as the skin recovers - its being stretched at the moment so no doubt when it gets used to the idea will relax and maybe nipple size will calm down...

Rest up and DO NOTHING! ok? I spent a night in hospital and half a day the following day doing nothing. Its very hard once home to just sit about, but its so very important.

Hi hun, well done on getting your new boobies. It's a brilliant achievement. And a very easy one. Take care now and don't over do it. You don't want to halm you new assetts. Can't help with the nip thing as mine only got a little bigger after my op and I also didn't see them for a day.

Thanks girls, had a really good nights sleep suprisingly! No real pain this morning, just feels like I have been the gym and my pecs are a bit achey! Planning on spending the day to day being looked after and my OH running around after me. Hes off to buy me a new E sports bra and bio oil today!

The hardest ting has not been able to cuddle my daughter, but I am showering her with kisses while she sits on my OH knee!!

I hope my nipples do go down even it is the size of egg cups Mia lol!! They are really stretched at the moment though I understand that - I'm just very impatient!!

Glad I have made those girls who are waiting a little bit excited, I really wish i could go through the whole day again!! It was brilliant, and the staff at Manchester Lifestyle hospital were fab, and my surgeon just relaxes me whenever I see him!

Jade - I know you were deciding between 410's and 460's, my surgeon said to me 30/40cc is about the size of an egg cup to put it into perspective xxx
