I'm 4 weeks post opon fri, when can i go back to the gym as i feel like i've out loads of weight on and desperately need to do some exercise xx

girlies, I am 8 weeks and I could go back now to do some workout, not high impact aerobics stuff tho!! just my normal weights at lighter weight.... so another month or so all being well and sensible at gym 2 months post should be ok..... but no Combat/boxercise !xxxxxxxxxxx

I was told after 6weeks I was fine to go back to everything. I did have overs though. Its best to check with your ps first though. xx

Hi Hun

I asked when i had my consultation and they said I should be fine to go back after 6 weeks.

I dont really do much other than running and areobic classes but i think as long as you wear a decent sports bra and take it easy to begin with you should be fine.

I'm hoping to go back 6-8 weeks after, depending on how i'm healing.
