Mornings
Hi ladies,
Just a quick ? how long is it before the aching stops first thing in a morning? When I wake up I still feel a bit tight and achey but that goes after about 10 mins. Everything else seems ok, my boobies have shrunk quite a bit though but my scars are fab in fact you can't hardly see them. xxx

Re: Mornings
Morning boob lasted a good month for me but gradually got better, i remember not being able to get up for the first week or so so i had to pull myself up by pulling under my knees in the morning x
Re: Mornings
Loving your new pic
I cant recall seems ages now two weeks ????? everyone is different though. Just the internal bruising and all settling.
I found it difficult to get up from lying position I do recall...used a walking stick my tummy and upper arm muscles are not the best...only thing that helped. However, as you say once upright all is well. Time and patience needed!!!

Re: Mornings
HI hun
I can't really remember to much of achey boob in morn but then i did wear a pretty hefty sb (high impact like a chastitybelt over the chest!) overnight!!!!!!
I couldn't get up tho for about a week, and did sleep propped up for two weeks at least!
mine tended to ache more if i let them out for a spell, within ten mins they felt unsupported and heavy and it was a relief for sb to go back on, they don't ache now tho 2 months on.... keep at it!! take care of them!! xxxx

Re: Mornings
Thanks Mia, the pics of my little yorkie Rocky, he's fab, such a cutie and he's been really good while I've been recovering as he normally jumps on me to give me a kiss but it's like he knows I'm not quite right yet.
I'm sure the aches will ease off eventually xxx

Hi kerry!!
He certainly is a cutie!! I am positive that they are aware when we are out of sorts. Lets hope your recovery is speeding up. Hope you are feeling better daily and Rocky xx
