yeah it feels like I have pulled all my muscles in my chest is reall strange feels weird taking deep breaths are you the same? yeh its like my head is functioning as normal just my body stopping me from doing stuff, had my OH over earlier and he was my servant picking up bits for me hehe xxxxx

yes exactly the same hun. Im stayin at my Grandmas which is next door to my parents house as she lives in a bungalow so easier to get round. My OH works for my parents driving a lorry so he comes and see's me before he goes to work and after and he is driving local untill the next year (he usually drives away all week) He had actually he has now come in for his tea so will say bye for now and speak to you tomorrow x

aww what a good idea! i live in a bungalow already and I'm so pleased I do would be a mission making it upstair haha its nice you can see your OH more regularly, you need him to look after you and reassure you chat soon hun!! im sure our tight chests will improve over the next few days cant wait! xxxxxx

Hey Girls, I had a shower last night!! With lots of help from my OH and cling film lol Today my incisions feel like they are burning or stinging. . . . is this normal? x

H - Oooh yes thats normal. Mine isn't too bad now but happens here & there. Are you loving your new boobies??? :-) xx

Hey girls I've just got back home. I feel really well apart from my chest feels really tight. Even though I've looked at peoples pics I was still amazed at how tight they look. It's as if they are about to explode.

Hope you girls are all feeling okay and all loving your new boobies.

I'll have a go at writing my story later.

yay!!!!! welcome back alfie!! so pleased everything went ok hun!! was thinking about you yest aww I know the tightness is all normal I was sooo tight yest! but today it has improved so Im sure it will ease off soon!! get plenty of rest cause I feel the more I do the tighter my chest feels! hey girls! I just changed my bra today, does anyone else feel like their boobs are gona fall off when you take their bra off, is a very weird feeling don't like it xxxxxx

Georgie - Oooh yes to that too. Everytime i take mine off they feel like they are going to fall off i don't like it either but it is getting better so hoping tonight when i have shallow bath they feel a bit better :-) i don't have stiches i was actually glued back together!!! scary stuff hey? Mrs Kat has just changed to that method saying it improves the state of scars..... i didn't have drains either, but i think that might have been down to my blood condition....cause i had blood thinning drugs you see so trying to stop me from bleeding from drains wouldn't have been so good. Everything is so diff form place & surgeons isn't it?? x

yeah is rele weird, I really wanna check the new boobs out properly but cant have them out my bra for long, feels like they will sag south hahah OMG! u have no stitches! how weird! can you shower straight away then? aww bless ya! I know there is a lot of variations between different companies as long as we will heal well and have nice boobies for a nice long time i dont mind xxxxxxxx

also has anyone elses bum gone dead from sleeping upright? i have lost all feeling in my left bum xxxxx

Yes i can shower but only lightly :-)the wound is completely closed. Must say it really does feel weird i am glued together.....
I kinda sleep upright, more half & half, but boy am i getting sick of sleeping on my back!!! i yern to roll over x

aww that must b so nice to have a light shower tho!! i did a bit of paddling today in the bath, but still dnt feel v fresh got some awful hair now haha think my mums going to wash my hair tomorrow, but I don't trust her not to get my dressings wet she can be a bit heavy handed I must say stephy that is very clever! I bet you will hardly have any marks of where the implants were put in! cant wait to see pics! I took a few pics yest and showed a few of my close friends who were eager to look
yeah I think I'm gona lay down a bit more tonight, hopefully help my bum! I kno stephy I really cant wait to sleep on my side I miss that!!

Nice work Dr Khan!!! They are even and pointing forward and f'in brilliant!!!!! Right size and both the same size for the first time ever!!

Everything was totally fine, was very scared and cried a bit when I left my OH this morning, but pulled myself together (he left me to it which was better for me as I'm better not crying all the time with strangers) all went really well. No probs with the anaesthetic, everyone really nice, thought I was texting my boyf when I came round but was trying to text using the heart monitor on my finger... the nurse set me straight doh!!! Not sure why my paper knickers were at least a size 20!!!! mind you the fact that they are also semi-transparent added interest!!

Felt really tired straight after but managed my cheese and tomato toastie and two cups of tea. And fine to get dressed on my own.
Not taking any painkillers, feel fine, a bit tight and sore but no real major pain at all so far I feel really lucky on that front. And I'm not really brave pre op girlies don't be scared honest xxx

So I'm home now and just chilling with my man... and the best news of all.... I still have enough strength in my arms to break a chunk off the XL dairy milk bar that I bought !!! hehehe

Will keep you informed of progress but I feel like so far I have defo made the right decision and even if they end up half as good as they are now I will be a very happy girlie!!

Thanks for all your support you have all been really good to me and I looking forward to healing alongside you in the coming weeks!!

I'm feeling a lot soorer and tighter this morning. I think it's probably because I've not moved in bed...it was a killer getting up...hubby had to lean me forward and when I stood up it felt like I was gonna topple over.

Katy so glad everything went well on your day...you sound soooooooo pleased.

Stephy that is quite cool being glued instead of stitched, my son had his head glued when he cut it open, but I didn't think they did that for this kind of thing. Like you say all surgeons are different.. I had drains but was told by the nurse that not all surgeons like to use them.

I'm gonna try and write my story now, sitting at the computer is the only place I can get comfy.

O & Alfie glad to hear you are both doing ok. Alfie i feel very tight and sore in the mornings i think i may be to do with that you dont move during the night but as the day goes on i can move allitle but more.

Am gunna try and have a shallow bath tonight and wash my hair with the help of OH. I had a shower the other night and that was ok but am but worried about getting out of the bath!! Have got all day to think of ways to get out .

I still have alittle burning/stinging sensation where my incisions are but only in my rightie now. My support bra is very tight and it rubbing on my skin so am stuffin tissue where i can to stop it guess that the swelling part of it but i dont have any brusing.

Just wondering though girls . . . i am wanting to do somthing nice for the OH christmas morning (dress up as mrs santa ) do you think i will be ok to do that???? Will defntly keep my suppor bra on as it looks like a normal bra . . . . Im also curious when you can get jiggie again????? x

aww alfie your tightness sounds just like mine yesterday was really uncomfortable!! is such a pain cause you feel like your feeling better then the tightness comes back, think we will have this feeling for a while. But the tightness is definitely a lot worse in the morning hun so hopefully will wear off during the day I look forward to readin your story later alfie!!

helenascania- I was wondering when you get 'jiggie' too hehe I really don't feel in the mood at the moment, wanna look after my new additions the outfit idea sounds brillant! I don't see why you can't wear it just make sure you have enough support and there isnt too much underwire to give you discomfort maybe only keep it on for a little while lol have fun haha xxxxxxxxx

Hey girlies!

Frig me, I'm still in cuckoo land.... Seans constantly proding me and snapping his fingers in my face as apparently I'm gazing into space lol.

I've had no stinging sensation or owt like that near my incisions (touch wood).

The outfit sounds like a fab idea, but go careful with regards to underwiring like Georgie says pet.

I've got college tonight... That should prove interesting as I really can't focus on owt or concentrate lol.

My college pal, (the dudette that her BA in july of this year) is gonna take a look at my new additions as she thinks I'm doing what I do best and over analysing and not seeing what's really there...

...So needless to say, we'll get some strange looks disappearing into the disabled loo together
