Think ive overdone it!

Only me moaning and worrying again!! I am now sore on my righthand side, kind of under the armpit but where it joins the right side of my boob - hope that makes sense? I did an hour of ironing on sunday do you reckon ive been overdoing it? Do reckon if i take it easy it should be ok for should i be concerned? Sorry!!xx

You should be ok, maybe try and do the ironing a bit at a time rather that all at once. You won't have done any damage, probably just made yourself achey for a couple of days.

take it easy and rest every so often, do it in bits like misf1 said Think ive overdone it! 948189

Thanks guy, it makes perfect sense to do it in bits but am far too impatient! I really am going to do no housework for a couple of days (am in work for the next3) and see how i get on.

Am seeing my consultant for my 6 week check-up on monday - cannot wait!!xx
