Boobs in 30/40 years time....
It something that kept crossing my mind when I decided to get my boobs done and I still think about it now. Just wandered what you r thoughts were on it. Im thinking when I hit the sorta 60ish mark, im guessing I would be considering having my implants removed. It was always my worry that they will obviously go back to being really small and prob not great looking after all those years of having implants. Itell myself and people tell me its so far away not to think about it but im sure its crossed your minds to ......your thoughts?????

Yeh i think about this too hun, my mum actually said to my sister the other day 'so is she going to have those things in her body forever now?' i was kind of hurt but i know shes never been flat chested so doesnt understand.
To be honest i think i'll just cross that bridge when i get to it, i know thats not a good plan but hopefully if i need them explanted/uplifted/exchanged i'll have the money!

I apologise, I'm clearly having a blonde moment... but why is this?? I haven't really given it much (any) thought, but I just pretty much assumed, y'know, this is me now, I'll live & die with implants...

HeHe, I was just thinking more of the fact that when im 60/70 and everything else has headed south do I really want my implants still in (in my opinion I jus thought it looked very wierd, I worked in a nursing home once where an OAP had them in and it look so odd lol). Im more than prepared to hav to fork out money again in the future, weather it be that i need an uplift or rupture or smaller implant if/when the elasticity of my skin becomes weaker thoses sorts of things. Im not sure i can see me going to the grave with mine ......this has opened up a whole can of worms lol xx

Re: Boobs in 30/40 years time....
the way i see it is like this...
if you saw a really old person now with implants it would be odd because there wasn't that many people yrs ago that got implants BUT
its like my mumsaid to me when i had my first tattoo, she said it looks nice now but how daft are you going to look when you're old..
i thought about it and came to the conclusion that when i'm old so will all the other people my age with tattoos be old so we can all sit around with our tattos and be old together, far from being odd, it'll be the norm...
when it comes to my implants i'm kinda thinking the same thing. i know its not as common as tattoo but i think its more common than we realise sometimes..
my other thoughts are that if the implants are not uplifted again for a good few yrs, gravity still takes it toll as much as it does on natural breasts so its not like you'll be 80 with boobs sat at your sholders still.
that and sod growing old gracefully, i'm fighting it all the way!!! lol

I think I'll take them to my grave! I wouldn't want to go back to being flat chested again!! Hopefully I'll be able to maintain them and have them replaced and uplifted like nads said
If they really don't look good then I'd have to consider my options then.

I'm right there with you ... like Angel, I'm a little closer to 60 than I would like to be!! But my mum is still very active and in her 60s, so if I'm like her, then I think they'd be fine ... 'specially since I have unders.

Eww that picture!!
That'll be me in a few years never mind when I'm sixty Ha ! Thinking whatsyaproblem, why they staring?
Funnily enough recently I had this convo with my mate who had hers done last year and shes made her sister promise to remove them before shes buried along with her false nails, hair extentions etc cos she doesnt want little silicone boobs and all her fake bits lying ontop of her skeleton in her grave!!
Thinking about it I have one sick friend who thinks about wierd stuff way too deeply - must have chat with her tomorrow!

OMG!!! Snorting wine is sooooooooo not funny!!
That picture!!
As for 30/40 years time....hummmm... well seeing as I'm an "oldie" already, I don't think in 30 or 40 years time I'll give a damn! I'll be too busy making sure I don't stink of p*** and biscuits...
Agree with you Kell...tattoos and boobs will be soooooooooo common in the old folks home of 2060... though they might have found a cure for old age by then....
THEN what will we all do?????

Re: Boobs in 30/40 years time....
Haaaa this thread cracked me up, Nads my eyes were on stalks looking at that!
But yeah, as someone [forget who sorry!] said, implants do sag to an extent....but to be honest I'm not too sure what I'll do with mine. I reckon once I've got to the old/saggy/wrinkly stage I'll be keeping a bit more flesh covered than that bird anyway so no one has to see it!

Re: Boobs in 30/40 years time....
I asked about this in all my consultations. One said it's likely that Allergan unders will 'last a lifetime', and that one of problems they're having in crematoriums at the moment is knowing quite what to do with the bits of melted silicone that are left in the ashes! Do you put them in the urn or what??
The other two said that probably ,when you get to 60, they'll need re-doing and they often do get ladies that age wanting a 'refit'. One said he had an 80 year old wanting them done but declined to do it, but only because he was worried about the effect of the GA on her!
Mind you, with women like Helen Mirren parading around looking this good in a bikini at 62, perhaps there will be more 60 somethings looking for BAs! (not sure if those pics have been airbrushed though??)

Re: Boobs in 30/40 years time....
I agree I think she looked amazing in those pics and when your 60 i dont think we'll feel as old as we think, im sure i'll still be very into my body like i am now, just because you get older doesnt mean you take take pride in your appearance. I think if mine sag alot i'll get an uplift, although might need one before after having kids- who knows!
