Fun Q's about your BA!

Hello girls, just thought that all of you who are post op could answer some fun questions for me!
What was your first thought when you woke up after the op?
What was your first thought when you saw your new boobies?
What was the first thing your OH said when he first saw them?
What was going through your mind on your first outing to show them off?
These are all little things that I'm sure all of us pre-op girls are looking forward to experiencing, or at least I am! Oooh I cant wait til it's my turn!

Is is done yet. I even asked the nurse who ignored me for ages, then she said I can't understand a word your saying your sluring your words like your very drunk

I cried cause they looked weird, seen them 1 day post op and they were very high and looked stuck on.
What was the first thing your OH said when he first saw them?
He laughed which was why I cried, cause they looked weird
What was going through your mind on your first outing to show them off?
I hope everyone notices, which they did and couldn't stop grabbing them.

Oh god that really doesn't sound good does it lol. After a few days I got used to them and loved them and when my OH stopped being scared of them (hurting me) he absolutely loved them. He didn't like seeing the scars on them for a while he's a bit squemish. But they fade quite quickly to pink lines. He didn't mind then. I was very down after my GA and cried a lot. Once that wore off I was very happy and so glad I did it.

Omg are they done? where am I? before shouting mam down the corridor and pulling at my top to flash her
What was your first thought when you saw your new boobies?
Just thinking omg i have boobs! and thinking how big they looked!
What was the first thing your OH said when he first saw them?
I went abroad so he didnt see them for two weeks but when i sent him a pic he told me they looked like the ones you buy from the joke shop in fairness he was probably right at the time lol
What was going through your mind on your first outing to show them off?
I just felt amazing! i wore a really tight top and felt like everyone was staring at me but i loved it haha!

I said to the nurse "Have they been done?" and she said yes. Then i looked down and said, "Oh my god, i've got boobs!"

What was your first thought when you saw your new boobies?
I was thrilled with the way they looked....BIG!!!

What was the first thing your OH said when he first saw them?
He said "Bloody hell, they're massive, aren't they?" and we both fell about laughing!
What was going through your mind on your first outing to show them off?
That i felt like a woman for once and i was so full of confidence. I had a huge smile on my face!

What a great thread Nisey! Ok here goes (I'm answering before having read any of the other girls posts so here goes.....

With my original BA my first thought was "aaarggh I feel like I've been run over by a bus" then the morphine kicked in it was fine.
What was your first thought when you saw your new boobies?
Strangely I can't remember the first time I saw them but I know I was just amazed that they didn't hurt, there was no bruising and the dressings were like two little plasters over the insisions.
What was the first thing your OH said when he first saw them?
I'm single but an ex (who I am really good friends with) collected me both times from the hospital. First time I whipped them out straight away cos I was so excited - don't think he was too sure what to say!!!!
What was going through your mind on your first outing to show them off?
You know what I was actually really confident. It was my leaving drinks at work and I was wearing a great wrap over dress that showed my cleavage but wasn't trashy. I couldn't give a f~:& if people were talking about me - I love em and thats all that matters!
These are all little things that I'm sure all of us pre-op girls are looking forward to experiencing, or at least I am! Oooh I cant wait til it's my turn!

Having read through other peoples threads, I really hope this helps post oppers realise that it is such an exciting time. Having a BA is the best thing that I've ever done. I can't believe it was me when I look at my post op pics xxx

Yeah, I'm really looking forward to all these little things. It'll be a good, positive experience I'm sure. Of course there will be some nerves just before the op itself, but it's something we've all looked into and decided to go for. It'll be really exciting to see how it changes our lives for the better.

What was your first thought when you woke up after the op?
Why am i shivering so much????!!!!
What was your first thought when you saw your new boobies?
This is difficult because there are so many stages to seeing your new boobs.
Stage 1 = WOW! OMG i have boobs
Stage 2 = (this is when they are still strapped up) - I thought they would be bigger.
Stage 3 = (After 6 weeks of sports bra, and finally wearing normal bra's) I LOVE THEM.
What was the first thing your OH said when he first saw them?
No comment.
What was going through your mind on your first outing to show them off?
I wanted and expected every Joe public to stop and stare at them and think 'wow she has amazing boobs'!!! (obviously this didn't happen, but i did try and wear the most revealing top i could without looking like a slut!!)

- Why does it hurt so much to breathe? And why am I so hot?!!

What was your first thought when you saw your new boobies?
- They're too small and too far apart. (They're unders and now I think there brill - or sometimes even too big. They're closer, but would still like them a bit closer!!)

What was the first thing your OH said when he first saw them?
- I can't remember - I don't think he said much ... I think he was worried about me (aww!)

What was going through your mind on your first outing to show them off?
- I haven't really deliberately "shown them off", but it's so wonderful not to have to worry about tops being too low because people would see what I didn't have. It's wonderful to feel confident about myself. In fact, just this week, there's been a new lady start at my works, and in the past I know that would have felt inferior and bad about myself. Now I don't and that is so wonderful that I can't put it into words :o)

I just thought god im starving! i remember it was the first thing i said too, the nurse kept laughing at me :(

omg theyre so pointy!

i was so conscious that they looked too big! kept thinking people were just staring at them.. im still like that a bit now but i love it
