I think my mum knows...
I went out for an indian with OH last night and she babysat- she was using my laptop and BJS is saved on my firefox tabs which I forgot
She didn't say anything and neither did I but when I cam hoem and clicked view new posts there was only about 4 thread from maybe half hour before so she must have clicked on here. I was also logged out and I never log out.
I feel a bit confused now. I wanted to tell her but now I feel I have to tell her and I feel like I am hiding something from her whereas before I was just waiting for the right time.
So I have to tell her now. I'm cross at her for sneaking but know I would have done the same so can't blame her- I just hope she read the thread where I asked how to tell her because at least she'll know I wanted to even if I haven't yet!

Ooh Jade that's a tricky situation to be in. You sound like you always wanted to tell her though and maybe stumbling across this site will have broken the ice. She's most probably given it alot of thought since she left. Maybe you could explain that it's easier to talk to other girls in the same situation as opposed to those closer to you and that you haven't wanted to exclude her.
Did she seem different at all when you got home? x

I sometimes get logged out, so she might not have seen. Did she act differently at all?

Re: I think my mum knows...
Jade, if she did see then I really don't think you should feel bad about it, these things are meant to be, you're a mother yourself and a grown woman, it may hurt her that you haven't confided in her, give her some time before you go ploughin in, she will feel very awkward too I expect having 'sneaked' about, if thats what she did..
look at it this way, you said yourself when the time was right you were going to tell her, well like that 'duck' is broken now (IF she did find out),, so at some point the subject may come up and then you can just come clean and tell her the truth why you chose not to tell her. I haven' told anyone either as a adult thats my choice, my parents will be upset if they find out but I choose not to tell them,, if they find out I will explain I didn't want to shout it from the rooftops..
I would act normal and see if she mentions it, (being a mum she prob will at some point!!!!!!!!!) .. then you can say your bit, its up to her if she chooses not to respect your wishes,, that is not your problem really hun..
also, you are right to not have to sneak about hiding things on your own personal laptop.. (maybe next time remind your self to clear your cookies on your inernet options.. delete the history.. tick all boxes) don't worry chook... be fine... xx

Re: I think my mum knows...
ooh its a tricky one isn't it! I don't get on particularly well with my mum and if it hadn't have been for her looking after my little boy I doubt I'd have told her (she never ever notices anything about me so I guess it was a bit of a test!)
I think if I were you I'd take my time - see if she says anything - maybe ask if she had used your lap top to guage whether she knows anything or not. Up to you at the end of the day honey - if you don't want to say anything then don't.
I hope that doesn't make me sound really mean and cold - I just don't have a close relationship with my mum so can't really relate. xxxx

Re: I think my mum knows...
Im sure everything will be fine! Im sure your mum would appreciate you telling her than keeping it from her. She may feel hurt to begin with (like my mum did) but thats only natural as they think there is nothing wrong with you to start with and are not in your position in how you feel about your body. My mum is very hard to deal with sometimes and she felt hurt and angry. I sat down with her one night on our own and talked about it. After she realised that i dont wanna look like Victoria Beckham or Jordan (no offence) then she was fine about it. Its just the inital shock. Dont Worry x x x x
