not sure what size i am at the moment id say a 32b/34b maybe a bit smaller

dr khan said about putting a 410 in my left and a 380 in my right over muscle

but when i mentioned that i didnt want to look like a football chest he said wud i feel better reducing the size to 380 left 340 right (due to uneven boobs) will that make me a even 380 in both?? im confuzed will i get the full affect of a 380 cc implant or the 340 !?!?!

i want to be wearing a DD/E bra do you think ill acheive this with the smaller sizes.

i av pictures of me now before my BA if anyone is good at guessing bra sizes lol i dont think im a A cup tho? another ple for help 751387

I would think you would get the effect of having 380cc in both breasts. If youre already a 32/34 B I would definitely say you'll get your DD cup, possibly an E cup with the 380's. xx

hi you sound just like me except i want them big big and dont think i can achieve the look. you may measure a DD/E after but you may look a cup size smaller with implants you often do hun but you are having overs so you may not get this. its a case of worse case senario, what would be worse for you being a bit smaller or looking a bit fake? i had the same problem when i had my first ba i didnt want to look fake and went for a small implant but i do now wish id of gone bigger but that is just me.xxxx if you want me to take a look at your pics i could have a guess you should go and get measured at a shop and then try on a few bras around that size and see what feels comfortable coz tape measures arnt always right.xxxxxxx

Hi, I was a 34a, used to be a 34c before breastfeeding, I had 385cc and it has taken me to a 34dd/e, I'm 5'4" and 8 stone, size 10/12 tops and size 8 trousers, if this helps ? I had partial unders too, but to tell you the truth, I do wish I'd of gone for that little bit extra now, because they do look smaller than what they measure, even though I'm very happy with what I've got.

I would say you will definitely measure that cup size, i had 250s and measure a DD but only look around a C cup. Augmented boobs generally measure bigger than they look.

well this is weird! i was a 34B and ive had 410cc in my left and 380cc in my right. Im currently wearing a DD/E sports bra and when i went to M&S 2 weeks ago they measured me as a 36E. My swelling has gone down now though and hopefully back to 34! I also had overs so with you wanting the size i achieved i'd say go for the bigger sizes :)

I dont look like i have footballs on my chest lol, if u wanna see just ask xx

thanks ! the only reason why im worrying about the football looks is i hurd overs look more un natural and with me being a small frame i dont want to get the round circle look lol

As the other girls have said you need to weigh up what you would rather-

a) go for the smaller implants and regret not going bigger/feel too small

b) go for the larger and look a bit faker.

TBH- with those difference in sizes it won't make a huge difference and if you'd look really fake with 410s you'd probably look just as "fake" with the 380s. I would go for the bigger sizes. Have you seen Ruth's pics- sorry to use you as an example hun!- she has large implant overs and her boobs don't look fake at all x

yeah i just worrying that ill messure huge my backs small 32 sometimes a 30... so altho she messures a 36 DD ill prob messure a FF/G ??? so iv been told im so ubberly confuzed !!!!!!!!!!!

does it really matter what you measure up as? its only a size, as long as you look good and feel good thats the main thing, so many shops have bras to cater for all sizes now hun and they look really nice.xxxxxx id say go bigger im a size 8 quite slim and im having 470cc lol.xxxxxx i measure a 32D now so i could end up a F cup but i wont look bigger than a DD/E.xxxxxxx talk to ur ps if your really concerned hun.xxxxxxxxx

I went with the larger size and don't regret it at all. My boobs are much bigger than I expected them to be (especially as I went from unders to overs with the same size implant) but they suit my frame and don't look or feel at all fake.

Im nearly having exactly the same size as you. Im having 410cc in my left and 390cc in my right (Uneven boobies also) high profile. I dont think they will look big at all on you!! Im slightly bigger ribcage size 36. Although my PS has ordered my another size of 425cc + 445cc ultra high profile and will decide on the day. U will look fine!! Im hoping that she will put the bigger ones in another ple for help Icon_smile
