Girls I think im bottoming out :'(

Something is obviously wrong, and i noticed it 3 weeks after op, im now 6 weeks+ and one side has always been slightly lower so its not really the assymetry which is bothering me...but the creas/lowering which i hate :(

Its not that noticable in real but in photos its horrible :(
Seeing my surgeon next week and i have a feeling he has cut the pocket to big when he was supposed to put the implants over the muscle then decided to put them under the muscle because there wern't enough room, im so annoyed and i don't know what il do if the surgeon says i will have to pay for anaethetic or anything more than i already have :'(

What is it? :(

and what i find strange though is that my scar isn't rising as if the implant is going lower.. ..theyre still sitting right underneath both boobs :S

hi hun i hope everything is going to be alright try to stop worrying its still early days, maybe you should make an appointment with your surgeon. do you mind if i have alook pls one of my friends bottomed out and the surgeon rectifyed it for her.xxxxxxxx

Oh huni, I hope the surgeon will fix it for free for you, or that there is some other explanation for what is happening and it's easily fixed. Let us know how you get on with your surgeon next week. Have my fingers crossed for you

I'm sorry this has happened to you! I don't think MYA would make you pay for a re-op for a complication like this as it has happened so early post-op. Please could I have a peek? xx

Hey stacey,

I've just had a look. It doesn't look like bottoming out to me, it looks if anything more like very slight double bubble. This is definitely something your PS should fix as part of your aftercare. Please try not to worry hun, you have a beautiful pair of boobies, they are a lovely shape and size and it is only very slight, should be easily fixable x

Thanks hun :( I have no idea, Ive seen photos of bottoming out and double bubble and they look really simular, is there a reason for this to happen? :( If i do have a reop, do you think they will let me go bigger? if im going through another op or think going bigger will make it worse?

i think double bubble is caused when the implant is placed slightly below your natural breast crease and bottoming out is when it starts to move significantly lower and your crease moves down and your nipples start pointing upwards and you have no volume at the top of the breast and far too much at the bottom. Double bubble and bottoming out are both surgeons error so you should get it corrected. They might let you go bigger but you might need to pay extra for new implants because I would have thought that as nothing is wrong with your implants only the placement they would just sterilise them and put them back in. xx

thanks for letting me take a look hun, i think there is def sumething up but id say double bubble rather than bootoming out but im not a ps so wouldnt no for sure. i would def get it sorted hun. and dont no about letting you go bigger as there is nothing wrong with the other boob. but my ps said to me they also use new implants to stop infection. so i have that choice to go bigger. your best off just getting in and sorting it. xxx

Hey, thanks. my ps isn't available for 4 weeks?! but the nurse said she will see me? i can't believe i have to wait so long to see him :|

Do double bubble get worse? or is it okay to just "leave" it as it is?
I can accept to stay like this i guess.. but any worse deffinatly not :(

my nurse was useless for me, the week before i see her and my implant was coming out and she just dressed it and sent me home. and then the week after i see my ps and thats when something was done about it. i dont no about double but i wouldnt be happy with it as you have paid all that money, i would demand it gets sorted free of charge xxx

just slightly confused.

its only slight hun, but def worth trying to sort out, how long post op are you? hope your surgeon sorts this out for you huni, all the best.
