Morning beautiful ladies!

I've got my op in just over 5 weeks 5 and a bit weeks to go...should I be doing anything now? 923101 is there anything that I should be doing to prepare for my op now? like Bio-oil, arnica etc or has anyone got any tips for what they did before their ops that helped with healing or minimising stretch marks etc?

Most ladies use cocoa butter for about 2 weeks before which may help minimise stretch marks and i started taking arnica a week before and a few days after my op some surgeons prefer you not to take it though so its best to ask.

CB has given you some fab advice, i would start using the palmers coco stretch cream, to help prepare your skin like CB has said and can reduce stretch marks after your op. Also start takin arnia 1-2 weeks prior to your op, I took the 30cc, you can get them from holland and barratt. Also if you smoke you will need to start cutting down from now. This last 5 weeks will fly by chick trust me xx
