Please help medium low profiles unders advice xxx

Im booked in for november for BA just managed to avoid uplift after 3 children im having a bigger crease scar with removal of a bit skin. My surgeon whom I really comfy with has advised unders 470 cc medium low profile .. What does this mean as i thought impnats were either low profile or medium profile im so scared of the size he is suggesting im a small emptyish c cup 5 ft 8 will i look huge i dont want to be more than d or dd at apush also im frightened my boobs will look fat and wide I cant find any pics at all if anyonre has any please help xxxxx

Hey, i dont know if this will help as you are bigger than me to start with but im 5ft 8, 36 A/AA and my surgeon has recommended 390cc + 410cc (Uneven breasts) high profile, partial unders which i am hoping for a D/DD cup. Howeva my PS has also ordered Ultra high profile 425cc + 445cc incase she feels that i can take bigger, but that is a decision which she will make on the day. I dont know what medium low profile is??? I have heard or low, medium, moderate plus, high and ultra high. I was worried about the size and wheter it would be too small for my frame . . . the best thing i did was take loads of pictures to show him what look you want and look at other ppls stats to try and match up to yours then it will give you some idea. I think yur right i will have to try and print pics I want them bigger but i dont want to look top heavy , especially with a low profile but Ive heard unders lose some volume too xx
