can i take kalms after ba?
hiya girlies i am 3 weeks post ba an just wondering if any of you know if it is ok to take kalms?,i need them for my driving lessons!just worried they could effect healing etc?xxx

They're just herbal, arent they? And at 3 weeks PO it should be fine. I would call your clinic just to be sure though xxx

Hiya.i was told that Kalms was fine before and after my BA-they came in handy before to help me stop being so stressed and for after "Kalms night" really helped me relax so i could fall asleep! BUT defo ask your own clinic as to be sure hunnie
