and jo sadler - mr traynor is lovely, had me right at ease as i was a little nervous! hes got a very dry sense of humour and hes done a wonderful job on me, and im hoping scars to be minimal as i was told in the recovery ward that hes the best surgeon there! dunno if that was just babble but i think hes great! xxxxxx

i've taken a few today! few before and straight after..

i cant believe how normal i felt when i came round from the GA, ive not really slept much today! but i have eaten alot ha, the food there was lush!
