Hi, I'm 2 weeks PO, I'm feeling great, I want to do more than I'm allowed really, as for under arm hair, I cheated and used veet so I didn't have to lift my arms above my head, as I'm not sure how long it is before you are allowed to ? as for sleeping on my back, I did the 1st few nights, but now seem to be waking up flat on my back in the mornings, which I cant help, or I end up on my side xx

Everyone heals differently, so don't worry if you still feel like you're in pain. It took me a good three to four weeks to start feeling like I was back in the land of the living!

I'm just over and chuffed to say I'v had it really easy, had to stop myself doing too much cos I easily felt I could. The thought of ruining my babies certainly made me behave!!
Dying to be able to sleep on my side, but am not for the same reason.
I'm amazed that I'm being really patient about the sports bra thing 'cos I just love underwear and oh laughs 'cos it drives me mental to not wear matching!!
Gonna have a mega time when I can go shopping for some lovely BIGGER bras n stuff! x

I'm nearly 2 weeks post op. Still sleeping on my back but am not so vertical now. Can just start sleeping on my side but not for very long.

I had my OH to shave my arm pits as I wore vests as I could get them on easier, I'm still sore and my scars are hurting now as they are starting to heal.

I have been able to do more than I thought and my OH is having to remind me not to do too much as every now and then I get major pain, warning sign I'm doing too much I think.

I'm going back to work on 14th September as ps said I need more time off due to the nature of my work and chances of tearing my scars.

I started feeling comfortable sleeping on my side at about 3 weeks post op. I'm just over a month post op now and feel pretty much back to normal - the only thing I still can't do but am very much looking forward to doing is having a nice soak in the bath! (Something about not immersing your scars in water for too long). xx
