Sorry girls, I too have hit my left boob today at paintball training, there were wasps everywhere and I tried to shoo it away and hit my boob hard :( has been fine all day up until now its sore to touch feels bruised!!!! :pale: :pale: I have been soo carefu up until nowl!!!

Not unbearable but as you know I am a hyperchondriac!!!

Any advice is greatly appreciated!!!!!

You should be fine babe.!! not sure about the wasp though :evil:

Perhaps take some arnica and a painkiller and rest.....you would only have bruised them I would imagine if that!! I remember forgetting about them too in the early days ...doors and cupboards kept bashing them....needed to reajust the distance!!

Thanx mia have taken both arnica and painkillers now!! How silly of me!!! the was was squished by my friend in the end lol then about 20 of them came back lol!!!!

you could put a cool flannel or ice pack on too...just to ease your brain pain!! and give some comfort Hug xxx

oh jings hunny, i like mia said you will probably only have bruised your boobie, but the arnica and painkiller will do the trick.
i am sooo terrified from wasps, i have an allergy to them....not like a fatal one but still enough to frighten me.
i got stung a couple of years ago for the first time and after about 10 minutes i felt really dizzy like you feel when you have been out for a night and drank too much. i had to just lie down in a park in public for about half an hour before i felt ok again, and i think it would have been worse had i not took an antihystamine in the morning as i have hay fever.
rest up hun you'll feel better tomorrow.

Oh your poor booby, I hope its feeling better today. Have you tried putting a bag of frozen peas on it

You really shouldn't try and hit wasps, they are nasty, visious beasts and will sting you if you try to fight them Hysterical
