need re-op!!
Hi, I had my ba in feb i had 345c overs and a doughnut lift, they have dropped loads and my nipples have stretched, i was told a few months ago that he would reduce my nipples and tighten my skin, but Ive now been told this wont work as theyre too droopy, so to have any fullness at the top of my breasts I need a full uplift!
I havent made a decision wether to have it done yet, but i think i will go for the full lift, as i dont think i can live not having the boobs I wanted, but im really worried about more surgery and the scars.
I will have to pay the hospital fees, im not sure how much this will be I should find out this week, hopefully not too much as ive already paid £5000!!
Has this happened to any1 else, or has any1 had a full lift and have pics i would be able to view?
Thanks Del x

Re: need re-op!!
Del,
So sorry to hear that you've had this trouble. Hopefully the hospital fees won't be too expensive for you ...
There may be some girls who've had full lifts who can help you out, but because you're a new poster they may not all want to give you access to their pics straight away. Anyway, just keep posting so people can get to know you better and I'm sure you'll get lots of support.
All the best to you ... A x

Hello!!
Soo sorry to hear of your problems. I would think the cost of hospital fees will be well worth the benefits to you. Hope you get good news soon. x

Re: need re-op!!
Hi Del!!
Great news I say!!! They do say second ops are easier!! I think I would have the re-op myself..if you are unhappy now and results are not good...it can only be improved. I can understand you feel nervous, we all woud, but, as you know you will be under sedation, asleep, with a team of medics to care for you and from what others have said scars are not an issue after normal healing time. I say stay calm and positive in your decision to give yourself the opportunity for the breasts you want and payed for...you deserve, and I am sure they will be a great deal better than now.
Did they inform you of cost yet? I am sure it will be worth it for the outcome.
Keep chatting the girls will give loads of support xx

Re: need re-op!!
Aw Del!!
Soo pleased you feel better!!!
I think we know deep down it is what is needed and cant convince or believe ourselves...women need to chat about it I believe, as it is a very lonesome and emotional journey. The ladies here are great!! and many more will be having similar fights with themselves emotionally too. You just need to try and seperate your emotins and feelings from the facts.....I truly believe you are doing the right thing....I would just think to myself how would I feel if I did not take the opportunity to have want I need and want? Dont think I would be happy with me.
The cost sounds good to me.......not long now till great boobs and happy you xxx
Keep chatting here...we all help and support each other, often when it is not directly something we have asked, just sharing and releasing thoughts with others who understand......is fantastic medicine...and free xxxx

Re: need re-op!!
Hey lovely, good on you for booking, I'm sure you'll really love your boobs after the op. HHave you added the date to the calendar? Oh, and you have to get a ticker too!
The fees sound about right, so I think you're really getting a good deal lovely.
Congrats again!
xx

Re: need re-op!!
Hi Del, I had a full uplift. Sorry I haven't seen this post before to offer you some support before. I'll pm you in a sec with my username and password so you can see my pics. The scars really aren't that bad as they are underneath, plus my boobs are so full, upper pole wise, as I had partial unders, they just look fabulous. If you have any questions just let me know.

Re: need re-op!!
Thanks sarahbabies,
Wow your scars are really neat, ur right theyre fab! Its really reassuring to see someone elses scars, for some reason i expected the line down to be quite thick but its a really thin line
Ive got some pics on picturetrail but i havent updated them for a while so they dont look to bad on them, i'll pm u the password x

Re: need re-op!!
The line down is really neat, the ones underneath have gotten really red just recently, but I think its because the blood is circulating in that area where they're healing and making it that way for now. But they're underneath so I don't see them, so it doesn't matter.
I've seen your pics before, thanks for letting me see them again. I think your skin is not strong enough to support the weight of the implant, which is why they have stretched. And I'd say that you had overs, am I right? I thiink if you have overs again, the same will happen over time, not necessarily the areolas, but the boob sagging (sorry if sounds a bit rude) x

Re: need re-op!!
Hi,
No it doesnt sound rude, im grateful for any opinions.
Ur right I had overs, I did ask about unders but I was told unders are only used if there is not much breast tissue??
He said they will eventually sag again because of the weight of the implant.
I think ill give him a call next week and mention about unders again to see what he says x

Re: need re-op!!
I have plenty of breast tissue so that must be your surgeons personal preference. My PS only does unders with an uplift as he believes that overs just don't give the support that implant needs.
Does your surgeon do unders aswell as overs, if he does then if I were you I would insist he switch the placement while he's at it, so to at least delay future sagging.
Let us know how you get on
