i stopped taking the pain killers as soon as poss - as that 'slows' everything down inside!!! and took some lax that i got from the pharmany which helped too - drink lots of water too to flush all the drugs out - they all only help a little but add them all together and you'll feel a difference!!!
congrats huni! glad it all went well for you! welcome to the best club EVER!! xxx

I was lucky hun i didnt get any bloating but eating lots of fruit, drinking plenty of water to flush out the meds and movement, sounds daft but if you're constantly on your backside this will slow things down too, obviously i dont mean you to do a full cardio-vascular work out (crike blimey!) but general movement, if all this dont work then hell go for the laxatives!! But be prepared for nuclear fall out!! lol Hysterical

Now to wean myself off of the junk ive been eating since my op not that, that could possibly have anything to do with the weight i've put on Hysterical didnt quite fancy the 'nuclear fallout' thanks Shelley so am holding out on popping more pills! Back to work tomoz. Joy of all joys!!! x
