How long until they drop?

I had 410cc overs and they are still looking very pointy with a lot of volume at the top rather than the bottom. How long until the settle into their pocket? Is there anything I can do to encourage them to drop? I'm so impatient! xxx

I don't think there's much you can do to make them drop unfortunately!

It varies from individual to individual but you'll be looking at 3 to 6 months - so a little bit longer to wait for you Rolling Eyes

Hi there jessica, I'm now 11 weeks post op and mine dropped around 6 weeks, but leftie dropped before righty!! I was so worried they've both dropped now! But as my nurse said they are going to change so much in the next year, mine still feel very round and stuck on - so I'm just being patient, but that doesn't stop me looking every 5 mins lol. I even just this minute tried on a dress just to see what they looked like in it!!! Congrats on ya newbies it's great feeling having boobs, can I have a peek please?

mine took around 6 months to drop fully my left dropped b4 my right though and i was worried that the other one wouldnt but it did

I know what you mean about looking every 5 minutes, just checking if they've dropped yet lol. I knew it was gonna be a long drawn out process so I'm not surprised about waiting at least 6 weeks if not more. I just want the boobies of my dreams right now lol! I've PM'd you hun xx

One of mine has/is dropping (I'm 17 days post op). Today when I looked at my boobs I was worrying as my left one is harder, higher and more painful than my right, whereas my right is nice and soft (covered in yellow bruises still though). I know they will drop and its early days, but it is a worry them both being different.

ha you know before coming on here i didn't even know about the term 'dropping'. It all sounds very strange as if they just go 'plop' and fit into place! haha

I'd be the same tho, im very impatient!!

Mine are still changing now, so i think like Annie said there isnt really an answer as everyone is different, i think it takes about 6-7 weeks before they start to look more natural but theres not a lot you can do for now just try to relax and enjoy your recovery hun.

i think they take a while mine havent yet but i dont think you can put a time on it as everyone is different
