Hi have just booked my surgery for the 1st November with Mr Adrian Richards. Still unsure of size, am I over thinking, should I leave it to those who know? shrug shrug shrug

Hi Julie. I've moved your post so that more people can see. 

I met with Adrian Richards whilst looking into some complications. While his manner was a little interesting, shall we say, he's a very competent surgeon, and I've seen some of his results on here. Best thing to do is to think about what shape and size you are after. Not in cups, surgeons dont work in bra sizes. Look on the internet for boobs you like, and dont like. Take those to him, and ask for his recommendations. Any surgeon worth their salt should be able to tell you exactly what size, shape and profile you need to achieve the results you are after.
