Wobble over hp or mod??
i thought I was completely set on 300cc round hp. Now I'm thinking 270cc mods Nagor impleo. I'm trying not to get to obsessed about the size being smaller as I know it's minimal. The hp would have been just around exactly my bwd which is 10.7, the mods is .5cm wider. I would rather the more natural look and a bit of side boob! Does this seem like the sensible choice? Has anyone got implant that are slightly wider than their bwd and if so, if you don't mind can I see any pics? Thanks X

Re: Wobble over hp or mod??
I never got told what my bwd is.
But to go up to the next size they would have def been a lot wider. And as you know the only way to get round that is to go hp. I wanted the natural look and because of my breast tissue (bf 2 kids, 38yrs old etc) hp would probably have looked v fake on me with a definite ridge at the top of the breast. PS chose in the end as he knew I didn't want fake look and he didn't want to go too wide.
I still have side boob with smaller mods.

Re: Wobble over hp or mod??
Hey, I believe my BWD is 13cm, I ended up having 460cc high profile partials, these are Nagor Impleo implants and have a base width of 12.7cm. My surgeon would not put any implant in that was wider than my BWD, I personally didn't want to go any bigger anyway so that was fine with me.
As for your end result well that is based on a number of factors, amount of breast tissue to begin with, whether you are going over or partially under the muscle and your skin elasticity. I have side boob and good projection with the high profiles without them looking really fake (I'm sure they could with the right bra though) but that is what I wanted, to be able to play them up or down. But it's all personal preference. Just remember the difference between 270 and 300cc is really really minimal!

Re: Wobble over hp or mod??
Hello! Mine are high profile, round implants and I think they look really natural. I'm also 38 and breastfed two kids. It's so different on everyone but high profile doesn't necessarily mean fake looking. As I have a small frame going hp was the only way I could get the bigger implants I wanted. I also still have side boob with high profile.
The biggest mods I could have had were 310 or something and I'm glad I went bigger as I wouldn't have wanted them smaller. I wanted to wear skimpy bras, no padding etc! X

Re: Wobble over hp or mod??
It totally depends on the person and remember I had anatomicals not rounds. So if id got HP (I got mp) I would have needed a fat transfer to the top of the implants to hide the top ridge. I imagine you get less of a ridge with rounds?

Re: Wobble over hp or mod??
Most good surgeons will stay within 5cm Of your Bwd for safety reasons. The Hp over mod will give you just a bit more projection. I had 325 mods, my bwd is 12 so ps would allow me a wider implant unless I went Hp in order to safely stay in the width of 11.5. I do have a little side boob but a fair gap between cleavage. I don't know if going larger and Hp would have correct the gap? Xx

Re: Wobble over hp or mod??
I think if you had a gap before BkozK then that's just the way you are. I'm still the same 'shape' ie boobs pointing out with a gap in the middle. Think bigger could eventually fill the gap but it would stick out at the sides the same distance so would have massive side boob!

Re: Wobble over hp or mod??
Before both pregnancies and during especially while breast feeding I didn't have a large gap, and I could easily get a fab cleavage. Once I'd done feeding my youngest it all changed. I'm happy with my result now but can't help those what if thoughts and yes your right, I'd probably still ended up with a gap what ever size implant x

Re: Wobble over hp or mod??
What profile has your surgeon recommended? Or has he given you the choice of the two? HP certainly dont give a fake look unless you specifically ask for it. As long as its within 1cm (not 5, sorry [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]!) of your BWD, they will 'fit'. Have you tried making rice boobs of the two? Use a cereal box to cut out the base size and try and mould it into the right shape to give you a better idea.
