Did your PS give you an idea of what cup size you should achieve with your implants? I asked to achieve a good d cup with my size implants and therefore bought 2 post surgery bras; one in the band size I usually wore and in a d cup (36d) and the other in a band size bigger (38d) to accommodate any swelling.

Your PS should be able to advise you. Sports bras are pretty stretchy though and although for the first 9 weeks post op I wore 36D sports bras, when I first got measured for a "big girl" under-wired bra, I measured up a 34ff!!

Your ps or pc. Depends who you see. I've only seen my surgeon so he told me what to take.

Who's your contact at the hospital? You should probably give them a call x

thanks girls..
i have seen both surgeon and few of the girls at mya.. im always too excited and have forget to ask the acutal question of what size to get.
I think i need to make another call!!
my surgeon did tell me roughly what size id achieve.. but then i asked for a bigger sizze!! typical!!!
im still undecided about impant size..im sooo scared i not be big enough :-( im thinking of getting them to order me the next size up!! grrr... think i'll end up with a variety..just incase i change my mind on the day !!!

I've got a great collection of sports bras now having worn them constantly since April! My first ones were the cheapo Asda jobs which did me fine. I got 36DD and these still fit ok now (although I only really wear them in bed)
