Good question i would like to know too!
I'm going back to the gym this Wednesday, going in the salt water pool just to submerge my body! not swimming, then i might go into the spa area for a bit,

I would think at 3 months you'd be totally fine! X

Yeah I would agree at 3 months you should be fine in both steam room and public pool, take it really easy with the actual swimming, first time I went in, I couldn't even manage a lenght. Boobs really ached the next day too xx
