Thank you! I'm packing my bag today. Debating whether to wash my hair again tomorrow morning before I go in - I only usually do it every 5 days or so and only did it Friday night. Decisions decisions! Trying to keep my mind occupied today so I don't dwell on tomorrow! So worried about something going wrong.

Yep wash it!! Washing hair is a faff but at least if u do it today you'll get 4 days post op out of it if u need it!! So jealous you are getting boobs tomorrow. I'm bored of waiting - just want it to be December already! X

I'm assuming it's normal to be pretty terrified! 

Hubby is being very optimistic and says everything will go "awesomely" tomorrow, yet we've still found ourselves discussing how he'd cope if something went terribly wrong in theatre and I never made it home! Morbid much..

I've got a pile of stuff in the middle of my bed ready to pack into a bag. My Kindle is charged ready to keep me company while I wait! 

I'll be sure to post once I'm lucid enough :)

I'm alive!

Was due in theatre at 2:30 but was wheeled down more like 3:10. Been back in my room for 15 minutes or so. 
My chest feels very heavy, so more discomfort than pain. I'm also really really tired but that's not surprised with how little I've slept the past couple of nights. 
I've had a drink of water and it was the best I've ever had! Haha. Feel like I've been punched in the chest a bit. 
I've got some weird thing that feels like a blood pressure cuff on my legs that keeps periodically inflating and deflating lol it's weird. 
I was expecting to wake up in a bra but nope! So I've been having a good look at my new additions.

Well it's novel to have something there when I look down! They're not very big really and I can tell from tentative prodding that I have a lot of swelling (up to my collarbone almost) but I can't be disappointed because the surgeon would have given me the biggest implant my body would safely allow. 
Starting to feel hungry now, and haven't felt sick which is a bonus.

You will have lots of swelling and bruising but once this goes down you will be able to see the shape of them, enhancing the outline of them more, and they will look gorge Hug

Get some food and rest up x

I have a sandwich, tea and biscuits! First thing I've eaten in 24 hours as I just couldn't stomach breakfast. Seems to be going down ok!
