My consult- MYA Dr L Fiumara
Hey guys I've had a very busy 4 months moving house and generally sorting my life out! I got back from the US last week where I had my revision rhinoplasty (nose job) all went well and I'm healing ok. It takes 8 months to a year for all the swelling to go down so still a long way before the finished result but I'm very happy so far. I researched surgeons for 5 years for that, as revision rhino is extremely complex.
Next is boobies! I'm hoping for the big, fake round look, which I know isn't really "in fashion" right now but it's the look I have always wanted. My prioity is of course safety and not pushing the limits, but I want a surgeon who is capable of giving me the biggest I can safely go.
I was hoping to have a consult with Mr Singh but he seems to have retired, they told me he's on a sabbatical and might not return but I would rather go with a BAAPS surgeon anyway.
Now I'm kind of stuck as to who to consult with. I saw Dr L Fiumara yesterday as Mr Singh wasn't an option they suggested her instead - but she doesn't seem keen on giving that kind of look and said herself she is a very conservative surgeon (for both the ops) so I don't think she is going to be right for me. She was very nice and explained everything really well. She even drew diagrams to explain stuff, was helpful and allowed me plenty of time to ask questions. She didn't rush me even though they were running late. She was very gentle and takes her time. I just didn't feel she would give me the look I'm after.
So.. big boob surgeons? Boobs and labiaplasty? Who should I consult with next?

I saw the same surgeon yesterday - she was recommended to me because I want the opposite to what you want; natural-looking, not-overly-big boobs! So it sounds like she definitely wouldn't be the right surgeon for you.
I agree that she explained everything well, and I had diagrams too, but I didn't get the right vibe from her so I don't think she's right for me either.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] My mum had Mrs Fiumara and had a fantastic experience and couldn't recommend her enough :)

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] that's great to hear. I'm a bit put off because she isn't a BAAPS surgeon though.

Hmm, I see what you mean @Contemptuos - My mum actually went with Transform in the beginning then found they had given her PIP implants so it was all pretty horrendous. Linda was hired on a short term basis to deal with the sheer amount of Transsform patients that needed the PIPS taken out, and apparently she was horrified with my mums scarring and really shocked at how badly the previous surgeon had done the job.
She completely sorted out the scarring and now the scars are literally invisible, and my mums boobs looks fantastic. Incredibly natural and she had nothing but the upmost praise for Linda.
I know what you mean about the BAAPS thing, but if you get on well with her and feel a connection it might be worth considering her xxx

She is the surgeon I saw at MYA who didn't know what to do with my boobs and recommended 240cc! She didn't know what placement and wanted me to get another opinion from her colleague so I wasn't convinced she was very experienced. She was very nice and thorough but just my opinion. I went with Mr Payne for THG and happily had 440cc. Alot of ladies on here recommend BAAPS registered surgeons and they seem to have great experiences too :)

Cartoonunicorn you may find Mr Singh has just moved to a different clinic but transform don't want to tell you that so they don't lose your business. Perhaps Google him. One of the moderators on here has lovely big implants and I think she used nick Percival. Perhaps look up her profile, I'm sure she won't mind me saying her profile name is Mrs balls x

Yup, Mrs Ball had big ol implants with Nick Percival BUT she had 3 goes to get to where she wanted to be. Because you want to go big and fake, I would definitely stick with BAAPS to do it in the safest way possible. You may find a surgeon that goes yep, let's shove in the big ones, and it's too big for your body, leading to all sorts of complications, including symmastia. It's likely you'll need to take a more gentle approach to let your body stretch. Get a lot of consults under your belt from reputable surgeons for as much advice as possible

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] she didn't seem sure what to do with my boobs either (I made another thread on it - she wanted to decide whether to go under or over until I was knocked out on the operating table).
She was also pressing me to go bigger; I tried 350cc implants and they seemed adequate, as I'm aiming for about a D cup to balance out my figure. She kept asking if I wanted bigger, despite saying several times that that was the look I wanted as I'm aiming to look natural and just in proportion.
