Went to Bravissimo and Boux Avenue today :-))

[color:ad43=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.7019607843137254)]a week ago I went to John Lewis to get measured for the first time, and was over the moon but also shocked that I was 32E/F - looking at myself I just can't believe I'm that big, think I look a C cup!! So the kids went to their grandparents this weekend and my husband took me out shopping for late birthday treat. We have Bravissimo and Boux Avenue in town so I wanted to go to both to be fitted, was interested if I'd come out same size or smaller - both stores measured me 32E !! yahoo

:dance:It was such a confidence boost, to know I'm a size I never dreamed possible, especially with such a small implant (255cc). I tried on so many pretty bras, didn't buy any though cos I need to stay in my post surgery bra a bit longer but when I'm ready I'll know what size and style to buy :-). Highly recommend getting fitted / measured for a good confidence boost! Xxx

Wow 32E that's amazing [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] and like you say with quite a small implant. I've been tempted to go bigger recently (maybe a 285cc) but I'm only really looking for a D / DD so if you're an E, I might stick at 260cc. I know that girls will come up different sizes with the same size implant, but it's a good to know. Thanks x

Thanks so much all! [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] you should be fine with 260cc. I wish I could have gone bigger but 255cc was the biggest I could go at moderate profile. All depends on what your surgeon recommends. I agonised over size for ages but now very happy with trusting my surgeon's judgement. [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] I don't know if they'll change size, but lots of girls here have said they've gone up another cup size after the whole drop & fluff stage. Xx

Wow Shona thats a fantastic size, I cant wait to be measured..daren't go with one being higher and smaller that the other! Plus I'm still super sensitive so worried about them being touched even with just a tape measure!! Xx

I really can't wait @mirren I can imagine I'm going to have to save up for bra splurges eek! Bravissimo is quite expensive!!
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] - I was surprised and relieved to discover that you keep your post-surgery bra on when they measure you, it's just if you want to try bras on, they help put the bras on you and that bit you might find uncomfortable if you are still sore/sensitive. Mine are starting to feel a bit less sensitive but not enough to wear normal bra yet. Xxx

Don't think I can wear it for a few more weeks yet though :-/. I'm so fed up with my same old post op bra but will try and stick with it till I'm about 7-8 weeks post op ... Xx

I know I've become so blimin impatient to just be back in beautiful bras! It won't be long don't worry. I'm 8 weeks PO on Friday but still in my macom but my boobs are still too sore for anything else. I'm going off to get measured tomorrow at debenhams as the Freya seems a bit tight although I can feel it'll be v comfy :)
