I'm getting better with each day, getting some feeling back in the upper pole area, but round side, under and wounds still bruised and sore. Slept in sports bra instead of post surgery bra (washed them and neither dry) and felt great this morning, no morning boob, not that I've had it bad. Just drove my husband to the train station, that was my first drive. Was ok but back to the learner shuffle lol. How about you. It's great you've had conicals and being just over a week ahead me, we can help each other. Marcomilly will be having conicals late September so now she has us both. There doesn't seem to be many with conicals, what made you go with them. What profile did you go with and of you don't mind me asking, what did you start with? Are you happy? X

Glad to hear you're doing so well.   So, pre op I was 36b, but barely filled it really. When I was younger/thinner a 36a/aa, never had much boogie ! (I'm 42 now).  Have to say I think I rushed into things, and didn't actually know I'd had conicals... My consultant is fab, very reputable etc so I think I just trusted him.... After finding this forum though I can see I def didn't ask enough questions !! .....

Sorry, wouldn't let me type anymore in last post !?.... Anyway, after my initial post op blues and worries I can say that I am really happy with them.  I have slightly more upper pole than I'd like but assuming that drops just a bit and I fluff I think they will be fab!  Mine are no longer hard, and I can move them and they jiggle if I run or go over speed bumps etc !!!.... I had 375cc mod in right, and 475cc high  in left due to left being smaller.... My right is my fave boobie at the mo but it was always the better one anyway !!

Let me know what you think of yours ?  I have healed really well and was driving on day 3 but also doing learner shuffle !!  Not sure how to add a signature yet but will try and sort that xxx

I went for conicals as they give an up lift without a surgical lift, after 2 children at 35 I was on the verge of needing a lift.
Wow driving at day 3, well done. I did come off pain meds at day 4.
I'm starting to soften but that's the swelling going down I think. I don't kbow if you saw my post re rippling, have noticed what could possibly be rippling on my left upper pole. It is my smaller breast.
That's a big size difference between your implants plus one mod and one hp. Nôt doubting your PS but never heard that before. Wondering if I should have gone for more cc in my smaller one!
Are you still wearing your post op bra? X

Oh haha, not that big a gap then.
I am happy I think with my boobs, just hoping that the rippling isn't really rippling.

I did see your post, I don't know too much about rippling but I'm sure it will be fine.  Maybe contact your ps just for peace of mind ?... Very hard not to worry about stuff in the early weeks ..... It is only the last few days I have looked at mine and really liked them

Only small cc difference, I mistyped in my second post (sorry) !... Must admit I was slightly concerned re different profiles bit having checked the measurements of each in the catalogue and I see there is hardly any difference, just the cc... And my boobies seem to look ok so far.... I am definitely looking at them way too much though and scrutinising everything !!!... Silly really as I just wanted to have some boobs really as I've never had any !!!

My ps doesn't think it necessary to wear a bra post op so I was bra less for a while..... I'm wearing genie bras now as they are so comfy and also boobs are moving slightly ... Bra less at night though

Try not to worry about the rippling too much, these implants  have extremely low rate for that but do contact your ps if you are still worried in a few days.... Nothing worse than worry.... Also, mine are still numb at bottom but much better elewhere... Right nipple was numb for a week but that seems to be getting better as well now dance

Let's keep each other updated xxxx

Absolutely on the updates, so helpful and reassuring having someone else going through it.
Seeing PS on 11th sept so if it's still rippling then I'll have a good chat, I know not to worry as early days but as said it's not easy. Thank you. Well done on the signature, how about an avatar? Xx

Hi... How are you today ?.... My morning boob seems to have gone now, so glad !... Quite itchy around incisions though !

I was thinking about your rippling worries and just wanted to say don't forget you're still swollen and tight right now so could just be that... And when they soften etc things will look different.... I'm sure you know all that anyway but I know what it's like when you're worried !!... Even though mine are not as hard now things still feel quite tight

Oh, yours look great in your avatar by the way.... Esp as it's less than 2 wks for you... Will try and get my avatar sorted today xxx

That's good your morning boob has gone, yesterday I thought mine had but this morning it was back but not bad.
Yes I'm hoping it's just where the swelling is going down and my tissue is adjusting. It is on my smaller boob so it could be that it's coz there was less flesh to start with?? Time will tell. Bruising on my cleavage are is coming out more today. It's funny how it does different areas at a time. Also heard the squelching this morning in my right boob while rubbing some oil on. Weird!! Made me cringe a little. Have you had that?
Thank you, I like that picture Boobs
I have seen some of the furry picture trails but none that are conicals. I did find by googling this website, if you want to take a look. [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] xx
I haven't sorted out a picture trail yet, thought I'd wait for some changes to start happening first xx

Thanks for the link... All those look great... Hope mine end up like that !!... Had the Furries changed much in the picture trails you saw ? ... I am liking mine now but feel they need slightly less upper pole, bit more lower... If that happens think I will love my boobs !... I really do think Conicals give a nice full but natural look ! (After first week of feeling like I had two cones stuck on my chest !)

Yes, I had the squelching too... Not in the last week so hoping no more now.  I have been wondering if I should be putting anything on the scars, like bio oil, I am 3 wks today, or if it's still too early ? They seem to have healed quite well and I'm not too worried about that at my age (won't be flashing my boobs anywhere ! )Flash

Oh, managed to sleep on my side for a while last night which I thought was a bit of a break through ! How are finding sleeping ?

I haven't done a pic trail either but thinking I should ad I can see how helpful they must be xx

Yes they all changed and look so natural even from early on considering furries are supposed to take longer to settle. Think that's how impkants work, they tend to be all upper pole unroll drop and fluff and that's when they drop into the lower pole. The time length on that varies from person to person and type of implant from what I've read and seen.
My right boob hasn't at all looked cone shaped and my left only at angles.
Once you've posted approx 80 comments/posts on here your status will change and you'll be able to ask to view picture trails.
Advice on here is Do Not oil scars till they are completely healed. Until scab has dried and fallen off they are still susceptible to infection. Once healed bio oil and massage will help the tissue to flatten and fade x
I'm to scared to sleep on my side yet, maybe I'll leave it another week or so. I think it was around the 3 week mark I started to lay down properly after my last c-section.
Do you get morning boob much any more? X

Post by Macromilly 26th August 2015, 9:32 am

Hi girls, I saw a great picture trail from emmapinder (I don't think she's posted on here for a while) she has 295cc of furry conicals, moderate profile. They were very high and round, kind of stuck on, in the first few weeks. But between weeks 6 to 8 something miracluous happened and the difference was incredible. They just dropped in this gorgeous, natural looking shape with a lovely full lower pole and boob crease. They've become my 'wish boobs'. I've actually decided to go up from 260 to 295 based on them. Fingers crossed.

Thanks for info re pic trails both of you... I felt mine were a bit stuck on at first and a bit cone from some angles like you said BkozK... Now I can see that will hopefully be a great shape in time ! ... Think I have just reached the stage where I am loving them and can't stop looking at them  yahoo!!... They are certainly looking quite natural already and from front view they're lovely !... Have to say I did question having Conicals in the first few days when I was a bit down, and hadn't found this forum... Now I can definitely say they are a great choice !!

BkozK, know what you mean about re children - mine are 8 & 6 !

Will leave bio oil for another week or so then to be on the safe side... Are you healing ok ?

I still have a few tender patches but that is getting better in the last few days, under boob still numb on both though Shocked xx

I think I'm healing ok, I had the external glue so leftie still looks exactly as it did day one but I think the glue has started to dissolve on the right as it doesn't look as bloody. Might do a post on this as don't have any experience with this glue and don't quite know what to expect. What type of stitches/ dressing did you have?

Hi... Bet you're very busy with your two! ... Lovely ages!

I had internal stitches, no glue... No experience of either but you seem to have got good advice on your post re this... I daren't look under my plasters until day 10ish when I took them off as they were coming off anyway !.... Didn't cover them again... I still have sticky left from that on my left boob, didn't rub it off for a bit as it is numb there and didn't want to hurt it and not know !.... Got most off with facial oil the other day !

Are you still tender / getting any aches and pains ?...  I still can't seem to lift my arms above my head properly as it sort of pulls but tenderness/sunburn feeling is much better

What sort of bras are you wearing ? Xx

Yeah they can be a bit if a handful sometimes but get on mostly. My little one has taken to refusing a daytime nap so come 4pm she's a monster. The tantrums are classic. The glue on my right looks like it's dissolving but the left is exactly the same.
Yes I'm still bruised, especially on the insides/cleavage area and incisions sting sometimes. My arm range is getting better although my left isn't as good as my right. I am right handed so maybe that's why? I get shooting pains more in my left but both nipples have become seriously sensitive.
During the day I've been wearing my m&s sports bras and sleep in the surgical ones supplied by the hospital, although I'm tackling some house work today so have kept my surgical one on. What have you been wearing? Have you been measured or tried on any different bras yet? Are you looking forward to the start of school? I can't believe they only have a week left xx

Post by Hattie73 27th August 2015, 11:13 am

Yep, I remember that time when my 8 year old stopped napping, she was about that age... I used to dread that time of day !

I'm still getting a few shooting pains, nipples ok at the mo!... Think I mentioned right was totally numb but it slowly seems to be
getting better.... Not as nice as usual yet but hoping it will get there !!

I'm just wearing genie bras still, didn't get a surgical bra... I usually go bra less at night as it's such a relief to take it off because they rub my tender patches a bit... I tried on my m&s d cup bra yesterday that I used for the rice test and that fit me perfectly so hoping I will stay a d cup... Its not really that big on my frame but the size I wanted... Occasionally getting boob greed now when I see some of the lovely sizes on here (never thought I would !) but I am very happy !

Are you pleased with your size / shape so far ?

No, can't believe one week left !... I love the holidays but will be nice to have bit of spare time again... I work three days in a pre school xx

I too never thought I'd get boob greed but I just can't help myself think shame I didn't go bigger.
I don't know if I'm happy tbh, I was and hopefully will be but I think I'm in that stage of change, swelling going down but implants haven't settled. One boob is bigger than the other, one nipple a lot higher, don't know if they will stay like it or not. Yet having said all this, they are a damn sight better than before. Sorry for the rant.
My sports bras are a 32dd but I don't fill the bottom of the cup properly but the d cup didn't fit round the side so ???? Until they drop a little and I get measured. I'd like to be a dd/e. That would make me happy xx
My little one will miss her big sister lots when she starts school, it's going to be a tough first few days. I'm my husbands PA but work from home, I don't do much so fit it in with threat of my daily tasks so it doesn't really feel like work. I'd like to go out to work a couple of times a week xx
