Ha disorganised chaos here, worked an extra shift as we were really short as per flipping usual, was the shift from hell. Just managed to have a bath wash my hair and am about to start packing my bag at 11.30 at night! Have to be up at 10 to 5 not looking forward to this at all and am now bound to forget something important 
New Boobies in 9 hours time eeeeek God i hope i like them ! Am quite sad to say goodbye to my old ones now in a strange way.

I'm here and waiting to go down in around 20 mins ! Just had a long chat with the anaesthetist who has agreed to intubate me rather than the LMA that is usual. I'm going to be on the table around 2 and half hours think a lot of my post op nausea and vomiting was caused by gassiness . Hopefully I will not wake up screaming I'm going to be siiiiick despite having every anti emetic thrown at me . Goodbye old boobies bring on the new ladies

DOk I'm still alive (just)
Another rough flight with the GA vomiting as soon as I woke up was down in recovery for a long  time as BP was in my boots and struggling to get it up Sats and temp also well down ... But.. Much better now having all my painkillers IV through my canula and have another bag of fluid up .
Anaesthetist was wonderful nothing more he could have done unfortunately me and GA just don't mix. Please don't anyone reading this worry It was nothing serious I'm a nurse and people having a bit of struggle after GA is totally normal bread and butter work . 
Back up in my room managed tea and a buscuit , boobs are strapped down tight with more tape than I could imagine existed ....... They look tiny though smaller than the ones i had before! I suspect it's the tape holding them down tightly . 
Still have sensation in both nipples which I'm thrilled about now just waiting for the bruising which is on its way .. I can feel it very similar to last time with a BA. 
The lift is making the pain a bit more stingy but I'm on nothing very strong and coping ok with it . 
Am also really enjoying the peace and quiet from my 3 year old
