HP /UHP
Guys, I'm very happy with the size I have chosen, but, so many people who are tall like me and who are even less weight than me seem to be going for 400 + and they look awesome, but on me, they seriously looked ridiculous. They were so round and flat? Like a big giant flat bread cake. I honestly cannot imagine people trying them on and being like ' yep I want these' !
So I'm wondering if they were maybe the wrong profile rather than the wrong cc?
I chose mentor HP cohesive 1 375 cc
Could it be that a different profile but 400cc maybe would look nicer that the 400 I tried on? As if there would of been more projection outwards, and not flat ways, squashed down if you get me i probably would of gone for it.
But the larger they got, the more squashed and flatter they just seemed?
Help, I'm having a moment where I'm thinking iv chosen wrong!
Surgery's in a month btw

Re: HP /UHP
There's a great pic somewhere of a bunch of kitchen stuff that's all 300ml(cc). It's like the difference between a bowl and a beaker. Same volume, but one is tall and slim, the other shallow and wide. Different sizes come in different profiles, so it could be that you saw a 400 in a med, which would look flatter than a hp, or uhp. If it's something you'd like to consider, go back and talk to them some more about it. But bear in mind that you have to take your breast width diameter into account, so it could be that the implant isn't available in 'your size'.

Yeh that's what I thought Charlii that maybe it's to do with my band size why I was offered the flatter ones.
Will defo discuss it when I go in a couple of weeks.
Thanks

Re: HP /UHP
Just to clarify, it's not your band size, it's your bwd, so how wide each breast can accommodate. The surgeon should have measures you from your top centre of your chest, out to the nips, distance between nips etc. This'll dictate the size of implant diameter you can have, with a tolerance of about 1.5cm either way. You have to stay in these guidelines, otherwise the implants will be under your pits, or push through the centre causing monoboob/symmastia. If that centre part tears away or becomes weak, it's very difficult to fix. I have a narrow bwd so it was always going to be xhp for me. Maybe look up the implant catalogue to see how big your current chosen one is, and what sister sizes are available?
