Im out! It only took an hour and I'm all out and recovering now. Feeling woozy and queasy and dizzy as anything but I caught sight of my profile as I waddled to the loo and broke down in tears -I have actual breasts. I could see them pushing the gown outwards. Amazing.

I am so emotional and happy, I can't believe I've actually done it!!
