Thankyou everyone! I've just had breakfast it was so good after not having anything all of yesterday! Just spoke to my surgeon she's really happy with the results and explained the stitching and creases and washing etc 
I asked her about what size I had as she was deciding in there, as some of you will already know my aim has been to even out my 2 different sized breast. ..turns out I hadone 325 and one 450! I knew they were bad but not that bad lol so I am even happier now! For so long I had been trying to tell myself they weren't that bad but hearing those two sizes I was so right all along! 
And it is so much more obvious now how bad they were now I am looking at beautifully symmetrical and even breasts! They even have same height and size nipple!  i dont believe it! Yeyyyy I'm so happy! And I know they will get even better after they settle!

Wow so this has been THE best decision  I have ever made. Worth every penny!  dance
