Re: New avi
Thanks Mirren! I am really happy so far. They look huge and stuck on but I know once the settle they'll be fab!
I've tried to crop it on the original picture on my phone and uploaded it again and it's not changed it and can't see how to edit it on this site.
I'm so useless at anything technological. I'll just have to be upside down for now xx

Re: New avi
Thank you both!
He's gone on rugby tour this morning so I've been home alone all day but feel completely fine. Had a snooze this afternoon and just had my tea with half a plate of veg to try and help things along (!)
My dad brought my 2 year old home this evening and he's gone to bed now. I showed him my incision plasters to he will be careful and gentle and we watched peppa pig together before bed!
Tomorrow my friends are coming round all day as their partners have all gone on tour too so they'll help me with the little one and will wash my hair for me over the bath.
It's still so early on so I am waiting to start feeling grotty and really sore but I'm honestly great at the minute and coping really well xx

Re: New avi
Hey my fella is rugby mad too, used to play for the army but he coaches under 17's now as he injured his knee a few years ago. He went on tour over to Holland a couple of weeks ago. Great to hear the girls are coming round to help you while the boys are away. My other half has been sat watching the Army v Navy game all afternoon so I've been napping and watching chick flicks (well, kids films to be honest lol) in bed. Had a lovely lazy day. Went out and had my first drink in over a month last night (2 weeks post op yesterday) I had 2 large glasses of wine and 2 double baileys and have spent most of the day throwing up, ought! It didn't agree with me at all :-(going4it wrote:Thank you both!

Re: New avi
It cut the end of my message off for some reason....
New Avi looks fab even upside down lol, they don't look to be sitting real high either. Glad to hear your recovering well still, and getting those naps in haha.
Take it easy xxx

Thanks sarahlou!
Aah muddypaws so you are a rugby widow like me! He's only gone to Southend this time - they alternate and go abroad every other year. I dread to think the condition he'll be in when he gets home tonight!
Sorry to hear you were sick after the booze - I get the worst hangovers so I feel your pain. I'm going to have a lazy day in bed now and snooze all day as I didn't sleep well last night - I just wanted to be on my side!! xx
