Still feeling good thanks. I dread to think what I looked like sleeping but I was comfy! I'm lying on a folded up double duvet and 3 pillows to help support my lower back and had an inflatable neck pillow. I can't remember who suggested that but it was brilliant so thank you. I would really recommend a neck pillow as it did keep comfy and I had no urge to get on my side. I took some codeine before I got up

Sorry it didn't post all my message. So took codeine before I got up. It does hurt when I change position again but for 3 mins ish and then pain free. I'm aware of my left incision but it's not pain, just uncomfortable occasionally.
I've been downstairs and had weetabix and a cuppa, a pint of water and this soluble laxative stuff I was prescribed to try and keep things moving (!) as I'm concerned the codeine is already stopping things after a day. My macom will be here today so I'm going to try a bra change and take some more pics but got knows if I'll be able to figure out a picture trail as I'm far from technical!
The pain when I change position is the milk coming in feeling, nothing worse than that and it stops quickly.
And yey...I've got boobs!!! Xx

@[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] - Sounds like your doing really well hun - eat healthy - drink lots of water and keep taking those laxatives - I didnt take any till day 5 without going to the loo - and oh my gosh - i wont go there! hahaha xxx

Haha I've been there before hun with codeine so really anxious to avoid it again so hopefully a sachet a day will help...I hope!!! How are you feeling? Xx

Yeh i think you will be fine doing that, i wish I had done it from the start but the hospital didnt even mention it to me lol.

Im feeling good thanks luv, getting used to it now I think. Not getting morning boob anymore and didnt take any painkillers last night. Still feeling tight and heavy, and got back ache still but in myself im fine, and starting to sleep better too, which I think is helping a lot. Still got that wierd feeling in my lefty that i think maybe fluid, but no sign of infection or extra sewlling so im hoping it just goes on its own - think once thats gone I will feel a whole lot better :-) So yeh - no pain - just uncomfy really - which i can cope with :-)

Glad to hear you slept well and was comfy, i think if youve got that already, youve just about cracked it hun xxx

Did you have the tightness from the outset? I've not got tightness at all. Maybe cos mine are overs and have stretched before cos of the children?
I'm pretty tired now so don't know whether to snooze or fight it all day so I can definitely sleep tonight.
When did yours start trumping?! Is it an actual noise or just a sensation? Can other people hear it? Hilarious I am even asking this! Xx

Yeh I had the tightness from the second I came round Hun, couldn't even take a deep breath in.

Haha, the farting noises came after a couple of days, mine only really did it when I was putting moisturiser on and it's not loud, I showed my other half and he had to listen really carefully, it's quite funny when you know what it is but I'd have panicked if I hadn't known. I napped a lot during the first week, I think it did me the world of good to be honest, and I've never been a napper (lol) but everyone is different, just listen to your body (boob farts and all) haha xxx

Aah Emily I really am over the moon. They look like huge stuck on balls naked but I knew to expect that and have been taking pics every day. I will try and sort a picture trail next week to share with you all.
Definitely more bruising is coming out now on my breast bone and my sides but it's fine and I've not needed any painkillers today which I'm pleased about as wanted to avoid the codeine side effects!
Yeah [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] that pillow has been invaluable for me. I hope it will help you. I don't cope well with no sleep but doing ok so far. I've slept for a couple of hours in the afternoon the last 2 days but still had a good sleep at night too xx
